Villa Erik is a 3-bedroom villa with a secluded pool, located in Kayaköy, a part of Fethiye that is steeped in history. Fethiye Centre or Ölüdeniz Centre are a 12–15-minute drive away. There are a small number of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Note: Heated pool available from 1 March to 1 December. Heated pool option available. The rate is €35 or 1,750 TL per night, with an additional electricity charge for pool heating. The pool water temperature is between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius; it is not like a thermal pool.

Children of all ages are counted as persons. Even if they are under 7 years old, they are charged as persons.

It is ideally next to the restaurants, cafes, bars, yacht harbour that are located on the coastline and in the downtown where you can enjoy the various delicious meals, live music, night life and the nice stroll though the promenade. It is 15 km and 5 km away from the world famous Oludeniz and Calıs beaches. Other property is Kaya suite duplex.
