Very well located house, ideal for groups or families of up to 11 people, with the particularity that it is functional for the disabled because it has an elevator from the garage to the top floor and ample spaces. It is close to the University and has supermarkets, restaurants, shops for shopping nearby, or simply take a walk through the center or the port, which is only 10 minutes away. This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
