Apartamento Carmen II "Ferrol"

Spectacular duplex in a stately building completely renovated since the eighteenth century located in the heart of the central neighborhood of La Magdalena. The apartment preserves the original wooden beams and the magnificent wooden galleries - the epitome of the city - from which you can enjoy the Canton of Molins, a fabulous avenue full of magnolias and other pioneering species in Galicia, as a "floating garden". The accommodation has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed, and one with a bay window with two twin beds. It also has two bathrooms fully equipped with shower trays; full kitchen with appliances and utensils and open concept living room with TV and WiFi. A very special accommodation, from which to enjoy the city and the charms of the modernist footprint. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This home has heating using radiators that are enabled from November to April. By calling for responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months oscillate between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available in two time slots: one morning and the other afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that oscillates between 18º and 20º C. The maximum ignition time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose their operating hours based on their living habits. It is important to understand that heating a home like ours (150 sq. meters) is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room type stay (15 sq. meters).

Located in a dynamic neighborhood with multiple catering areas, centrally located and 10-15 minutes away from the beach area. It is a very bright space, it has three bedrooms, one of them as a suite, two full bathrooms, kitchen and a living room. In Canido, overlooking La Malata and the sunset, renovated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a spacious living room with a 50" smart TV, a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom with shower tray, covered balcony facing east to sit for a moment and have a coffee, and two warm and comfortable bedrooms with beautiful touches. Tilt-and-turn windows and programmable heating. Second floor, no elevator. Easy parking in the area.

Apartment with a large terrace in a rural area. The location of the house is ideal, in a natural setting, and 10 minutes from numerous beaches and charming places to practice your favorite sports. The house is recently renovated and has free WiFi, parking for one car only, terrace, kitchen and small living room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with two single beds, we also have heating in the winter months.

PENTHOUSE IN DOWNTOWN (Next to Riazor Beach)

It is located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a sunny building next to a park and has a balcony. Bright, comfortable and located in the center of the city. If you want you can walk to the main points of the city: 1 min. from the Opera Palace, 4 min. from the Plaza de Pontevedra (city center), 7 min. from Riazor Beach and just 10 min. of the most desirable restaurant areas. Next door there is an urban bus stop to move around the city.

The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the train and bus station, a short walk to a Mercadona supermarket and a tourism office.
