We had a lovely stay at Harald’s place. After exploring many of the beautiful beaches in the area we loved the one nearest to our house. The neighborhood is peaceful and just a short walk from amazing beach. The pool was beautiful and large and warm enough to use during our whole visit. The house is very spacious and the en-suite bathrooms were a luxury when traveling with teenage girls! Harald was responsive and friendly. We will definitely book our next vacation rental from him.

absolutely stunning villa! The location was great, very private and only a 4 minute drive into the town via very cheap ubers and taxis. The hosts were very welcoming and gave great insight. Huge pool! Great facilities and modern kitchen/ furnishings. Comfy bedrooms and bathrooms had a wonderful shower. Pool cleaner came twice a week and the garden grounds were gorgeous. The perfect base for your trip, only wished we had stayed longer!

We loved our stay at Miriam's home in the Algarve. Just right for our family of 6. Lots of space, both in and outside the home. The location was a great spot to be close to things we wanted to do along the coast - 7 Hanging Valleys trail, Benagil cave, Lagos, and much more. Miriam was a fantastic host. She helped us with local recommendations, and was proactive about making we were ok during the national power outage.

From first booking we had excellent communication with the owners. We decided to get the pool heated and use there transfer service. The pool was a good temperature on arrival and the transfer was excellent service. We were greeted at the villa by Pavel (Villa manager), he was very friendly, he showed us the working of the villa and what the area had to offer locally. We did have an issue with the A/C, we made contact with Pavel and the issue was sorted within a few hours (great service). Everything that was advertised on the listing page described the villa exactly. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to a return holiday at the villa.

We have just spent 5 days at Paul’s Villa as Grandparents,Daughter, Son-in-law and baby. It was a perfect place with plenty of open plan area. Air Conditioned bedrooms opening out onto the patio which is really nice. Immaculately clean throughout & everything you could possibly require in the kitchen. Outside the Pool is awesome,a fabulous size & clean as a whistle! We opted for pool heating for the baby & really enjoyed that luxury ourselves! Plenty of comfortable seating, shaded areas & sun umbrellas.We made use of the bbq most nights. We ate out twice at the Lighthouse Restaurant a few mins walk a from the Villa which Paul booked for us. Such a nice restaurant, fab food, service & beautiful view. Paul is very friendly, chatty & keen to help with anything you should require. Living across from the Villa he is on hand should you need him

We loved our stay in Benagil. The house on a cliff overlooking the ocean was amazing and peaceful. We hiked to the beach and along the cliffs from the house and we took day trips by car to nearby towns. The house was large and pristine. Marco was very responsive and provided local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

Great villa that was perfect for our group! Stayed here this summer with a group of couples and the villa perfect for what we needed. Beautiful outdoor area and Chris was a great host.

We had such a wonderful week at Villa Ocean Dreams! Giuliana’s home was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos! The location was fantastic with the beach so close and the boardwalk to walk into the marina or town right across the street. The pool and hot tub made our week even better. We spent much of our time in the comfortable gathering areas by the pool, under the shade and awnings upstairs and downstairs, or playing games in the evening at the dining table. All of the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our group of five and was so well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Giuliana was so helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

This is the most beautiful house, in one of the few remaining unspoilt parts of the Algarve coast. It is very well-equipped and there are lovely walks, both in the countryside behind and along the cliffs. A very pretty, and not very populated, beach is a five-minute walk and a slight scramble down a cliff path away. Cecilia is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous beach just a little walk away. Town is very nice w beach bars etc. house has awesome views. Views when in pool are not good due to wall. Suggest to maybe put up acrylic wall? Host was super responsive. We loved our stay at this very large house!

Beautiful place in a lovely area. The house looks just like the pictures if not better. It’s very functional and everything you might need is there. It’s located close to the beautiful beach. Everyone was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again . Thank you!

Our stay at this villa was fantastic! The new outdoor kitchen was amazing, and the heated pool made it extra special. The Arkeo team went above and beyond, even installing a fence to keep our small child safe from the stairs. The location is perfect, and the elevator was incredibly convenient for our luggage. One thing that really stood out is how much better the villa feels in person—it’s elegant and understated in the photos, but the space, design, and atmosphere are even more impressive when you’re actually there. Although our stay was too short, we can’t wait to come back for a longer visit. Highly recommend this villa for a luxurious stay in Quinta do Lago!

Beautiful house 5 min drive to a beautiful beach. The pool is heated but we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and normal fireplace more in November. We were able to eat outside at lunchtime. The environment is very quiet and the house is spacious and very well-equipped. Thanks again to Izabel and Taylor for their hosting, welcome gift and great availability.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looked exactly like the photos. It accommodated 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. Whilst we were there the towels were changed, beds were stripped, pool cleaned, gardens maintained. The villa is very well cared for. Agree with other reviews that you either need a car or be prepared to get a taxi (7 euros to the marina). The walk is doable but part of it is along a quick road with blind corners and no pavement. We didn’t feel safe doing it. We had one issue that was dealt with - thank you for the responsive communication. Thank you for the welcome drink left in the fridge. We were met personally on arrival and could check in early due to a morning flight. We would 100% stay here again and recommend.

The accommodation was perfect, it was clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside area was the highlight with seating, sun beds, pool and bbq area. Bruno was very helpful and answered questions quickly. The location was a short uber/taxi from the main area (€5) which was no problem for us. A fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

amazing villa. had such a great 5 days here. villa is stunning and hosts were excellent. swimming pool was a lovely temperature and villa was exactly as described. we would love to stay there again! only slight negative was it was very hot and although there was no air conditioning.(which we were aware of) the fans in the bedrooms could be a bit better!

Our stay at Vila G, Mira Luz was all that we had hoped it would be. The stunning views were not hard to take every morning over coffee. The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to the beach and the little shops/restaurants. The area was quiet and well maintained with a gated community to feel safe and secure. We even survived the blackout ! Thank you for hospitality would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic property and location. We had high expectations from the photos and price, but they were met and more. Modern with all of the amenities: cooking essentials, beach gear / toys, towels, beers if you're lucky the previous guest didn't finish them! Wendy and Manel are very responsive (when asked - not interfering!) and I am so glad they have shared their home with us for a week. We've walked the coastal path on past visits and wondered what it would be like to live in one of the villas right next to it... Now we know and want to do it again!

Sergio and Maria were great hosts and very responsive with any questions, issues, queries faced. Had a couple issues with 2 of the AC units but they had the matter sorted in a timely manner. Very nice house, very modern, and had a nice home feel to it. Facilities were brilliant, and the pool and outdoor area were very nice. Only thing I would note is that the house is quite far from any amenities, shops, restaurants, etc., so would recommend renting a car as it can be annoying having to taxi everywhere.

Had a wonderful 8 days at the villa. Cristina has been a wonderful host, helping us with any queries re the villa and surrounding area. The villa is fabulous, with amazing views of the beach and sea, peaceful surroundings and a beautiful pool area. It’s a 40min walk into Lagos harbour area, approx. And a 10min car drive. All the rooms were clean and minimalist which was perfect. It would have been nice to have had a shower holder/mount in our room (double that looks over the pool) as we had to use the showers in our friends rooms. The kitchen was fab and filled with all the utensils and equipment we needed. Living areas and balconies were comfortable and relaxing. Loved the neutral decor throughout. Would be more than happy to come back for a future stay. Thank you! ☺️

My wife and I stayed in Casa Patricia for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Checking in was simple and indeed Patricia’s husband, Ricardo, arrived just as we were doing so to check everything was okay. He was very helpful and friendly, offering advice as to where we could eat that evening, and other ideas about the area. We had stayed in Carvoiero before so already knew a bit about the town, but Ricardo’s recommendations were very helpful and indeed on the first night we had a very enjoyable meal in one of his choices. The villa is spacious and was well appointed when we arrived. Plenty of towels for use outside and a lovely area to relax and sunbathe was available to us. Any minor issues were quickly and efficiently dealt with - there was an issue with the gate opening which Ricardo sorted very quickly - and we always felt that we could contact Patricia and Ricardo at any time. All in all a wonderful place and we hope to return soon.

We had a few days here and it was amazing, felt at home from the minute we walked in, we was with our 2 boys (13 & 10) and they had so much fun here as well as space for themselves when it was needed. The villa had everything, was exactly like the photos and is a great place to stay - you will need a car to get anywhere the nearest town was about 10-15 min away. Will definitely go back if we get the chance again. Loved it!! Thank you ❤️❤️

If you are looking for a beautiful location to unplug and relax, look no further than Bernardo & Laura’s place. The photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking views. Their place is in a very peaceful and quiet spot in the mountains; while still being only about 35 minutes from the amazing beaches of the Algarve. We were a group of 6 people, including 2 young kids, and we always felt very comfortable in the spacious accommodations. Laura was super responsive and helpful in all of our communications and was able to accommodate an early check-in, which we appreciated after a long flight. We would definitely recommend this home.
