Beachfront holiday rental in Ferragudo

Jonathan was a great host. Super responsive and communicative. The location is close enough to all the bars and restaurants to walk in minutes but far enough to have some quiet. The outdoor terrace was great and the whole place was clean and comfortable. We made a mistake and locked the keys in the bedroom on accident and as to get them retrieved so keep them with you at all times in case the wind blows the door closed. We’d definitely stay again!

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Such a gem of a place. We stayed for 6 nights; I originally (mistakenly) only booked for 5 nights but the hosts were accommodating and responsive when I requested to add another night to the end of the trip. We came for my 40th birthday, and I was looking for a place right on the coast, with cliffs and ocean views. This perfectly fit the bill and I had an enchanting time. There are so many lovely spaces in the house to enjoy the views and the weather, and the hosts are responsive and send recommendations for the area.

The location was perfect. That’s why this was our second visit to Villa Bonita. We cannot recommend Tiago and his property highly enough. Tiago was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed there for 2 weeks with family and friends in 2023 and just enjoyed another 3 weeks with family. The property is very homey, doesn’t feel like a short term rental. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of wonderful dining options nearby. Hope to get back there again. Thanks Tiago.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.

Really lovely apartment. Very clean and well stocked… had everything you could need. The view from the balcony is fab, so relaxing to sit there listening to the lapping of the waves. Jose and Diogo were very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some quiet time out.

Highly recommend! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a perfect beach getaway. You can tell it’s thoughtfully set up by someone who either travels often or stays here themselves.

We had a wonderful stay in Alvor! Francisca is a great host – warm, helpful and always available. She made sure that we felt completely comfortable and were provided with all the necessary information. The house is very cozy, lovingly furnished and well equipped – we lacked nothing. We especially liked the toys provided, beach utensils such as umbrellas, chairs and digging things - perfect for our holiday with a child. The beaches in Alvor are beautiful, ideal for swimming, playing and relaxing. There are great excursion options in the area – our daughter loved the Dino Minigolf! The resort itself offers everything you need: restaurants, shopping and a pleasant, family atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

This place is diamond level ! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that’s a walkable distance from the location. Cozy, quiet, and great location. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Place is as advertised and fully matches the pictures. We explored all the cool beaches nearby and once we came back in the afternoon chilled by the pool. Pedro is a great host, regular checks on you and provided nice tips for beaches and also restaurants that we visited. We, a family with a kid (3.5 years old) had a great time & fabulous holiday

My family stayed here for 4 nights during a longer visit in Portugal. This was by far our favorite Airbnb of the trip! The apartment is conveniently located, just steps from the beach and a 5-10 minute walk into town. We enjoyed the home, especially the outdoor area and hammock where we spent a lot of time relaxing. There’s even a comfortable living area where we lounged in the evenings. I’d highly recommend this rental!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful peaceful location. It is exactly how it is described and more. So much space and everything you need. The view is stunning - and lots of chairs/loungers to sit on to enjoy it. We knew Carolina was there if we needed her - but we didnt as everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this home and would love to return.

I’ve gotten used to having to give places a clean upon arrival, didn’t need to do this, place was spotless and everything we needed. Beautiful location, I cannot recommend enough, will definitely be back, thanks so much

We were met at the apartment by Helena who showed us round and explained everything. We had been left milk, water, a bottle of wine and fruit, also coffee pods for the machine. This was very welcome after an early start and travelling. The apartment was so well equipped and it made our stay so comfortable. We stayed for 4 weeks and Helena came every week to change the bedding and the towels. She did a brilliant job of cleaning the apartment. It was always so clean & fresh. The roof terrace and the pool were great additions and the apartments and gardens were kept very clean and tidy. We have stayed in Ferragudo many times and the position of this apartment is the best we have stayed in. The lovely beach is only a 10 minute walk and the restaurants and shops a 15 minute walk, all very easy to access. We also had a parasol for the beach, and towels, we felt that we really had been looked after. We would definitely recommend Catia and Joao's apartment

Where to start? 😊 Karin gave us such a warm welcome, and from the moment we stepped inside, we knew we’d found a gem. The house is absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated and full of character. The photos are lovely, but in person, it’s even more breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the top floor with its refreshing pool and fantastic terrace area—so peaceful and private! Despite having visited Ferragudo many times, this place truly felt like our home away from home. We’ll definitely be back! 😉

Liliana’s place was great for our (too) short stay. It was a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The home was clean and comfortable. She provided lots of helpful recommendations S well.

Incredible stay in this beautiful villa hosted by Wilson. We had such an amazing time! The view is simply magnificent, there is plenty of room and seating areas to enjoy it every minute of the day. We had the pool heated and it was totally worth it. Note if you are travelling with kids, there is a small separated part of the pool that is PERFECT for toddlers. Wilson was such a great host, starting from the Booking. He gave us plenty of suggestions and tips to make the most out of our stay and he welcomed us with a welcome basket which was much appreciated as we just arrived from our night flight. Everything was super clean and there was even everything you need to enjoy the pool and the beach with kids. Don’t look further, if you have a car, this villa is the best base to explore the Algarve. We would happily come back!

Beautiful house, with everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. The location is quiet and the beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. We felt very comfortable. Martine gave us many helpful tips for things to do as well as good references to restaurants in the nearby area and was always quickly available for queries. We definitely recommend Casa de Martine.

We had a lovely week here at the end of April! There was plenty of space for our family of 9 adults. The villa is private and peaceful and the views from the living area and balcony are amazing! We appreciated the fluffy towels in the bathrooms and the extra towels for pool use. A couple of bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance and we often walked to Ferragudo along the cliff path and beach. The villa is well located to visit other areas of the Algarve by car. Francisco was very helpful, allowing us to be flexible with the checking in and out times and recommending nearby restaurants.
