Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

The facade does not reveal what is offered in the loft. Sleep downstairs in a wonderful king-size box-spring bed and a TV room upstairs. There is really nothing missing from this luxury loft, everything is of high quality. The higher roof terrace is a fantastic lounge area with unique lounge beds. In the still authentic village of Ferragudo, both the city center and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. In the village you will find all basic facilities and nice restaurants.

Great villa very close to shops and beach. Host had very good communication. Jets in hot tub didn’t work during our stay and when the gardeners come they were very loud but overall a great stay and would go again! Building a villa next door but was not in anyway noisy and host told us before we confirmed the booking.

The accommodation was easy to find, thanks to the host's instructions, with a separate entrance, via the terrace. After consultation with Carla, I was also able to park earlier in the accommodation and the rental car directly in front of the door. The place is clean and has everything you need. The terrace is secluded from the outside, so you really have it to yourself, although the accommodation is in a (quiet) residential area. Communication with Carla was very pleasant and she always responded quickly. In addition, there were restaurant tips for the area.

A week-long stay in this little corner of heaven with our two-year-old daughter. Everything was made available for her, very good communication with Hugo. The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting the Algarve and enjoying the sun and beaches. We will not hesitate to come back because it was difficult to leave it.

Hi Jens Ove, lovely lovely bnb me and my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the stay at your property, excellent peaceful location only 10 mins and 5 euros in uber from Portimão. The only problem about the property I would say is that we had a slight problem with the door on a couple of occasions, we was locked in for maybe 10/20 mins on one of the occasions. Was heading outside for a smoke late one night and I think me trying to open the door woke up the neighbours. Also on a seperate occasion I was on the roof terrace and my girlfriend was locked in the apartment and I had to come put the code in because she was panicking. But bloody lovely and perfect other than that👍 thank you

The place was absolutely stunning, even better than in the pictures. It was perfect for our group of 11 people and had all the amenities. Our favourite part was the garden with the pool and the terrace/outdoor kitchen area. You can easily walk to town and shops and restaurants. John was also very responsive after we had a couple of issues. We would love to come back!

The very attentive hostess gave all the instructions clearly, indicated good markets and restaurants. The very spacious and comfortable place had everything we needed, beach decoration in every detail, a real treat, it was very organized and clean, it surprised us, not to mention the wonderful view, waking up with it was sensational.

This was our second stay at Berit's lovely apartment and we were here for seven nights. The apartment was smart, tidy and a generous sized, with a roomy, comfortable living area. The walk-in shower provides plentiful hot water. The balcony has great views over the town and river. As before, Berit provided extensive information beforehand. Her communication was excellent - warm, friendly and also efficient. She calmly and quickly resolved the situation when we accidentally locked ourselves out - a great relief! The apartment is central but set back from the town - a stepped downhill walk to the lively square, restaurants and cafés. There are walks to the beaches (10-15 mins) and then onto a stretch of beautiful coastline. Berit informed us that building work on the adjacent building was ongoing but we hardly noticed and only saw builders once or twice. We really enjoyed our stay, appreciated the thoughtfulness of our host and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Berit!
