With a size between approx. 40 to 56 square meters, there is enough space for hikers, couples or families with children. They are all rustically and comfortably furnished and offer everything you need. The apartments are equipped with dishes, bed linens and towels, as well as a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available for all apartments. So, working from home is not an obstacle!

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

Our house has 3 pet-free flats. All flats are equipped with TV, WiFi and Nespresso coffee machine. Baby cot and high chair for infants are available on request. Guests can prepare their dinner outside on our garden barbecue, and enjoy it on the covered terrace. In the meantime, children can play in our garden shed. Guests can park their car in the car park 10 m from the house.
