If you want a cute place right by the beach, you won’t be disappointed. Super convenient to downtown, bike trails and walk to Sandbar for cocktails & pizza along the beach. A long balcony makes it easy to sit out and linger while listening to the waves. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen for dinners in. We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican’s Perch.

Cutie little condo for our girls trip! All the comforts of home & very peaceful surroundings. Very clean- beds & pillows were comfy., kitchen well stocked, lovely little screened in porch to enjoy in the morning. We didn’t walk the neighborhood as the weather was rainy off & on, but everything was an easy 3-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here & would love to visit again.

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!

We have stayed at other units in this complex, but this one on the ground floor was the nicest and most convenient one thus far. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, and the appliances are all in great shape. The linens were very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The host provided a bevy of information about the local area, including places to visit, restaurants to eat at, etc. We were pleased to find some of the restaurants that we frequent during our visits there on the list. The swimming pools are clean and well-maintained and beach access is very easy. We have E – bikes and the area is bicycle friendly.

We stay a week at this darling condo and highly recommend it! We had an instant feeling of home the moment we walked inside. And the best part - just step outside the back door and you’re on the beach! Clean, comfortable and we loved the location. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Comfy couch for relaxing, well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and the king bed was a dream! Ashley was responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat and we’ll stay again! Thank you!

We had the absolute best time at Jeff’s condo!! It was very clean, well stocked, walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the pool was great! The garage with beach necessities was a huge plus as well. The space was perfect for our family of 5! Definitely plan to stay again!

The place was clean and exactly as described! We had a comfortable stay and the location allowed easy travel to all of the locations in Amelia Island we planned to visit - we did it all! Beach, to shops to restaurants - the location was great.

Paty was a great host! The condo/apartment was even more spacious than the photos show. Our stay was also close to the new developments/shops around town, making it easy to pick up last minute items for our trip.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Roxanne was an incredible host and her place was just as described. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved staying at her home, too, and we were so glad they could enjoy the beach with us. Roxanne was quick to communicate and recommend food in the area as well as tips on what to order where (she was spot on). We will absolutely come back!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

This is a really wonderful AirBNB. The beach views are just spectacular. It was neat and comfortable and easy to get to shops, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time and can't recommend this highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and other attractions. There were tennis rackets and balls which my family used nearly every day! Very comfortable- everything we needed. Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay…The space is plentiful and the amenities really help make for an enjoyable stay. My daughter loved feeding the turtles on the back deck and the proximity to the beach is awesome. Can’t say enough about the homely feel that this location has. We will make this a priority on our next stay on Amelia Island.

The condo was very nice and in a perfect location. Steps away from the pool and a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beachfront property, and I can't recommend it enough! The home itself was clean and well-prepared. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear that the owner puts a lot of thought into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Speaking of the owner, he was absolutely amazing! Gregory's condo is beautiful with all the amenities you need for a nice stay near the beach. Great host, great place, quiet, and VERY close to the beach.

We traveled with our 3 year old and had a wonderful stay. We did not have great weather so we did not get to enjoy the pool (I am not sure if it’s heated), but the walk across to the beach was easy and we went often. The views were also great. The beach was very quiet which we loved. We were wanting a more family friendly beach that wasn’t crowded. It is about 15 minute drive to the downtown area which we went each night, but for the more quiet beach area, we were okay with that.
