This beach front cottage was perfect for our little family spring break! The views of the beach were breathtaking from every window. The beach was never crowded and the fact that it's dog friendly was such a relief - it's such a bummer to go on vacation and have to worry about your pup every single day. We loved finding shark teeth (we found many) and watching the sunrise and dolphins either from the porch or the sand. Everything was clean and there were all the amenities you need. My kids loved the sand toys in the garage. We will definitely go back.

We LOVED the location on the beach and close to downtown St Augustine. It was a comfortable wonderful beach house and Dani was so great at communication. We felt safe and loved just the peace in this beautiful home. My girls and I had such a special time and we would love to come back. Also having a new truck it was so nice to park inside a garage and the convenience was so wonderful. The beds were comfy and the sound of the ocean and the AC is so strong it was never hot during sleeping. The couch was so cozy and loved having my coffee every morning on the porches. Loved it.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

We celebrated my 60th birthday and had a great time. The house has a wonderful view and lots of beach chairs. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Nathanael is a great host.

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

I had an emergency, and needed a place quickly - Justin was able to accommodate faster than anyone else. He is very approachable and easy to talk to, and the place is great. We had a pup with us, and I'm not even sure HE could tell other dogs had been there! 10/10 recommend, the location is great, pool is welcoming, and the cabana gives it a certain ambiance you won't find many places. I give it my seal of approval!

We were in love with this home. It was the perfect size, clean, in walking distance to everything we wanted to do, the pool was fantastic and truly anything you needed was already there for you. We would 100% be back!! It really felt like a home away from home!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

This home is probably one of my favorite stays thus far! Walking distance to the beautiful caps on the water restaurant and walking distance to the beach. The house was nice and clean with plenty of space. The pool was clean as well and overall a great experience!

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

We stayed here from Wednesday until for a family wedding in Jax Beach. We had 6 folks. The place was easy to find, in a very safe and quiet normal residential area. The place was very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Linens were fresh and clean. Pool was very clean and we loved it. Nice that they had a couple floaties/pool noodles that were in the water when we arrived as it made for just floating around in the pool so convenient. Great places to be in the sun (chairs/hammock) or out of the sun (table and chairs under roof outside). Nice big TVs in living room and in master bedroom. Pool table inside and ping pong table in garage all got used. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for and it was perfect. I reached out to Coco a couple of times for small items/advice and she was quick to reply. We were so happy with our stay there and would give the place an A+ rating. Shopping/restaurants/beach all within 5-10 minute drive.

The house was very nice! Very good layout. Beach access was easy & the owners provided plenty of chairs, umbrella & toys! The pool was also nice. clean well kept backyard space. The kitchen was stocked with what would need. We reached out to the owners about one issue & they took care of right away! I would rent there again

What a beautiful beach house! Was great for 3 generations - deck, fire-pit, well appointed garage with beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards + beach right outside your door were all standouts. Really gorgeous setting.

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

This was an amazing stay for our family. The location was perfect and we walked to the beach! The house was immaculate! An added bonus was that the house was already equipped with beach trollies, umbrellas, chairs and toys to make it fun. A great vacation and we’d definitely come back if we go back to St. Augustine.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

Had an amazing stay. The house is a total vibe. I felt like I was in Costa Rica - the hot tub is amazing surround by fresh Jasmine. I would highly recommend :) also dog friendly and the hosts went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for my staycation.

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

Easy communication with host. It was great to have the hot tub and pool…and water temps were awesome! Beach wagon with chairs and towels were convenient. Would recommend!!
