Holiday rentals with a patio in Fermo

We had a very good time at the accommodation, which is located in a quiet and convenient area for reaching the beaches and attractions of Porto Recanati. The host was very helpful and generous in providing us with tips for discovering the area. So I recommend the stay and we will gladly come back to visit you :-)

Apartment matching the photos, clean, tidy, with everything you need. Recently renovated, practically new and with large spaces. Very close to the beach and all amenities. Anlina is a very kind host, you can see that he does it with passion, he is always available and makes you feel comfortable. Super positive experience. Definitely recommended.

Clotilde is a very welcoming and helpful host. The apartment has everything you need to meet every comfort. The garden and veranda are a plus. We stayed with a 3-year-old girl and she met all our needs.

We (2 people) stayed in La Casa di Giò 2 weeks in july 2024 The apartment is fantastically bright, spacious and extremely well maintained. We parked right outside the apartment every day. We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

Caterina's apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. On site there is a small supermarket and a bar. In a few minutes you can reach the nice coastal towns of Sirolo and Numana by car. Not very far and very worthwhile are also trips to Ancona or Loreto.

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!
