Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Relax in our quiet and cozy guest apartment in the north of Munich. You can reach both Munich city center and the airport within just a few minutes. The apartment is located in the attic of a well-kept townhouse in a very quiet neighborhood and is comfortably and practically furnished. We live in the house ourselves and occupy the lower floors. As we live on-site, access to the separate attic apartment is through the entrance and staircase area of our private home.

Wir bieten eine komplett sanierte Wohnung mit Bad (Badewanne) an. Die neue Schlafcouch bietet Platz für sogar zwei Personen bei Bedarf. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Garten bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Unterföhring liegt sehr nah an der Stadt München (20 min mit der S-Bahn zum Marienplatz) und Flughafen (17min mit S-Bahn). Mit zwei Badeseen und viel Natur bietet Unterföhring auch viele Möglichkeiten für eine Auszeit. Eine Küche ist nicht vorhanden.
