The suite has one and a half baths (yea!), kitchenette with coffee maker, kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, plenty of natural light, free parking, patio & yard, a lighted, paved walkway to a private, key-less entrance, and sleeping space for up to 4 people. You’re going to love it! Note: the Base price now includes ALL Airbnb fees, but not local occupancy taxes. I don’t charge a cleaning fee.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have a view that shows no neighbors. Close to everything but it might as well be a thousand miles. It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

With a full yard, large back deck, and gig speed internet, it is perfect for families. THIS IS A STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. Our home is NOT a party house. Downtown and PSU are a 10 min drive. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Your spacious private suite will easily sleep 4 people (can accommodate 5). Bedroom, full bed sleeps 2, Sleeper-Sofa sleeps 2, and twin cot available. Serene setting 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center, 12 miles from world renowned Fisherman's Paradise @ Spring Creek. There is a 2 night minimum for PSU game weekends. Take time to enjoy what Happy Valley has to offer. Bus stops on street corner near rental. Absolutely NO SMOKING.

Sauna & Cabin (*3 season: winter water turned off)

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people. We prepare the stove for your first burn and hope you’re deeply relaxed when you leave here. * anything less than 5 star reviews hurts our rating.
