Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to Futuroscope, Marais Poitevin, Puy du Fou, Oriental Park of Maulévrier. A special feature of the gîte is that it is equipped with a dry toilet (indoor). Outdoor courtyard. Parking spot. Possibility of two extra beds on the sofa bed. Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)
