Four of us had a very pleasant stay at Lesley's place. Very cosy and well equipped and great location for us as we continued to walk the Icknield Way. The setting of the pub is very attractive and Lesley and her husband were very welcoming. Definitely recommend.

A very quirky cottage, beautiful interior , lovely little garden with a seating area, parking for one car . Great location close to the high road , for provisions, coffee shops, restaurants, take aways etc( cottage very peaceful, no traffic noise) nice walks nearby for walking the dogs. Ideal location for me as I was visiting family and friends nearby . Owners live next door should you need them ( I didn’t , as everything was catered for) Will definitely be back . Absolutely stunning house, everything was modern, clean and exactly like the pictures. Katy was very helpful and came back to all my queries quickly. Cannot recommend enough!

Really comfortable, had everything we needed. Great location, just off the main road but in a quiet and attractive village. Good communication before stay, and friendly welcome. Safe and easy parking.

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time at Danessa’s beautiful cottage. The place is very well equipped and super comfortable. The surroundings are gorgeous and all you hear and see is exquisite wild life. I would very happily stay there again and have no hesitation to recommend it.

I booked this place as a get away for my other half’s 50th birthday, it was a lovely place with beautiful views, and remote enough that we could just relax. When we arrived Donna was there to meet us and showed us around and explained everything very well. We then headed out to the local pub for lunch ( which was lovely ) and the pub was very friendly. After we got back we sat around the pool and swam and went in the hot tub to the wee hours of the morning. The next day after running out of beer from the day before we took a short drive into town, where they had a couple of large supermarkets where we replenished our supplies. The weather had turned a bit cooler so we stayed in and played some of the games provided, and was able to get a Chinese delivered for dinner. It was a lovely little getaway in a beautiful location, wish we had stayed longer, and would definitely look to go back. Donna was a super host, and always able to answer our questions. Lovely home, photos don't do it justice. Feels so much bigger, beautifully decorated. Friendly helpful host, did everything she could to make our stay better. Already booked to stay again!
