The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Dieses im Hochparterre Zimmer ist neu saniert. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, Smart TV, komplette Küchenausstattung. Es ist pflegeleichtes Laminat verlegt. Das Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und wandhängendem WC ist ansprechend hell gehalten. Die Küche ist mit einer Einbauspüle und einem zweiflammigen elektrischem Induktionskochfeld ausgestattet. Ein Kühlschrank mit separatem TK - Fach gehört dazu. Waschmaschine mit Trockner in der Waschküche.

Fast Wi-Fi & free parking on the street, access to the apartment via separate entrance, guests are also welcome to use the large garden. The subway station Beskidenstraße is about 5 min away. From there you can reach Stuttgart Central Station in 13 minutes.

Our NESTle is a small, cozy, comfortable apartment to feel good. A pretty one-room apartment in a quiet location with its own terrace and view of the countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor. In about 7 minutes you are on foot in the center of Fellbach (market hall, town hall, ...) and at the U-Bahn [subway] direction Stuttgart.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Fantastic location very close to the city centre in a quiet street. All amenities of the daily life are within a 5 minutes walk. Good train and bus connections close by. The town hall, conference centre and the music school are next to it.
