Bright, large, beautiful apartment on the vineyard, 'hyggelig' and modernly furnished. Plenty of wood creates a warm feel-good atmosphere. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

Small winegrower's house

The cozy little wine house is more than 100 years old and completely newly renovated. The apartment in a quiet location is on the ground floor and is completely barrier-free (no steps). The wine town of Fell (Roman Vallis) is located in a romantic side valley of the Moselle and has a lot to offer hiking and cycling tourists. The Fell Visitor Mine also invites you to learn more about the mining history of the place. Shopping, bakeries, etc. and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Houseboat Mosel Glück Pölich

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Quiet apartment with nice views in Hunsrück

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.

MoseLay Vacation Home Apartment

Our MoseLay apartment has a free private parking space, a private panoramic balcony and is located in an area with many opportunities for hiking, biking and activities such as wine tastings, wakeboarding or summer tobogganing on Lake Riol. The kitchen and a balcony with panoramic views over the Moselle can be enjoyed. Everything on site and included: fast Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, coffee. Access via lockbox, the code will be sent.

Our charming cottage in Mertesdorf offers the most modern comfort after a loving renovation in 2024. On 66 m², you will find an open living/dining area with a sofa bed and cocktail armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a barrier-free bathroom. The bedroom with a box spring bed ensures restful nights. Enjoy peace and relaxation on the terrace with garden lounge. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and culinary delights.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Holiday apartment "Moselfischer" Mehring, Mosel (90 m²)

Welcome to the apartment "Moselfischer"! The spacious and lovingly equipped individual apartment is located on the upper outskirts of Mehring in a very quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards. As a welcome, a bottle of Mosel wine is well chilled in the fridge. For shopping (supermarket, bakery, butcher) and restaurant visit, go down to the village.

Lovely spacious apartment in Riol with parking and shared garden. Riol is right on the Moselle and Lake Triolago. There you can take advantage of various leisure activities such as wakeboarding, miniature golf, summer toboggan run, soccer golf and much more. Since Riol is located on the Moselle Triangle, you can easily reach Trier, Schweich and Luxembourg via the highway.
