We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

Wer die schöne Natur des Mangfalltals, die angrenzenden Berge und schönen Dörfer genießen möchte, ist bei uns genau richtig. Der Fluss "Mangfall" ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, der Ort selbst hat noch mehr zu bieten. Auch der Goldbach kann in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht werden und lädt zu einem romantischen Spaziergang ein. Die Ferienwohnung ist 25 Fahrminuten von Rosenheim und 45 Fahrminuten von München entfernt und somit ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Stadt- und Naturbegeisterte.

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfall Valley in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 minutes by car or 20–25 minutes on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 minutes by car) provide train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. The IHK Akademie Westerham is a 5-minute drive away.

A parking space is available in front of the house. A wallbox can be provided.

Due to its location, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the mountains, Munich or Salzburg or for a relaxing day on the huge balcony terrace with a breathtaking Alpine panorama from the Zuspitze to the Kampenwand!

We cordially invite you to spend your vacation in the idyllic Mangfall Valley on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and stretches over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). Located in a quiet village, the 2.5-room apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and lovingly furnished. It has a large garden and is an ideal base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.

By car, you can reach beautiful lakes and impressive mountains within half an hour, which invite you to explore.

Our cotton tent offers you a comfortable 1.40 m bed with a particularly comfortable mattress. Here you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day in nature and enjoy restful nights. It is surrounded by a picturesque backdrop of trees and shrubs. Breathe in the fresh air and leave the stress of everyday life behind. A barrel sauna with a wood-burning stove can be booked exclusively! €15 per person per evening.
