For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

A day break is paused between the individual reservations ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors were lovingly selected to feel good
