My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfall Valley in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 minutes by car or 20–25 minutes on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 minutes by car) provide train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. The IHK Akademie Westerham is a 5-minute drive away.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location.
