Library, Grocery Store, Gym, Restaurants, and BP-Trail are all within walking distance. My lovely unit enjoys a courtyard entry with patio to sit out. The generous Primary Suite has a walk-in closet. Other amenities include WIFI, washer and dryer, basketball court, swimming pool, and two dedicated parking spaces.

Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

Update: Public Transit just got improved, now you can ride the light rail all the way to downtown Seattle via Seattle airport. Check out this private entry - tiny studio that comes with every basic thing needed to kickback and relax. It has a shower corner that is 36 x 36 so make sure that shower works for you. For remote work- there is wifi and folding desk, full refrigerator, microwave, air flyer and coffee maker. Free parking for you! Room is only fit for 2 guests maximum.

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.
