And since the first beach is some 150 m away, you can walk to it too. :-) A few steps from the sea and the shore from where you can see the islands of Brijuni. In the heart of downtown, you can also walk to the sea.: -)

Comfortable Apartment with spacious terrace

Comfortable apartment situated on the groundfloor of a family house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons, and it consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one separate toilette, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with approach to the covered terrace (private). Guests can use the front garden, one parking space and grill in the back garden. This holiday apartment is perfect for families with children, two couples or simply a small group of friends.

The property of Villa Viviana is placed near the seaside on the western Istrian coast. It is very close to the Brijuni Islands, the amazing Istrian national park. The design of Villa Viviana is contemporary, therefore it presents an architectural shift compared to the traditional Istrian building styles. This difference can be observed as a nice metaphor of Green and Blue Istria’s eternal diversity. Villa Viviana has all of the amenities at hand and its capacity is for 8 persons.

Moderno uređen mali jednosobni apartman na 2. katu s terasicom i prekrasnim pogledom na more, Nacionalni park Brijuni i staru jezgru ribarskog mjesta Fažana. Apartman je idealan za dvije osobe koje žele uživati u miru, moru i autentičnom istarskom ambijentu. Smješten je svega 100 metara od plaže te 200 metara od centra Fažane gdje se tijekom ljeta održavaju brojna događanja, manifestacije i koncerti. Apartman je renoviran 2026. godine kako bi gostima pružio još ugodniji boravak.

Vacation home Una with 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Arena & Seaview Luxury Residence

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. All rooms provide either a magnificent view of the Arena or full sea view.

Laguna Blue

Laguna Blue is located in a peaceful location, just 800 meters from the sea. A house surrounded by pine trees and paths that you can enjoy a walk and bike ride. With your family, kids can play with and enjoy a spacious environment, as well as a swimming pool while parents have their own light coffee on the shaded deck. If you want to explore something more vibrant, you can walk down to the center, where a lot of beach bars , restaurants and events are waiting for you.

Casa Mediterana with private pool

Villa "Casa Mediterana" is located in a very quiet place (800meters from the beach) where you can find peace and relaxation, drink coffee on the terrace and enjoy your meals while watching the beautiful sunset. An outdoor pool with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large terrace, a fenced yard adorned with old olive trees for pets, and a playroom for children.

App Sun, 70m from beach

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
