Holiday rentals with beach access in Fažana

Sanja’s apartment was just what I wanted. Perfectly located and just a short walk to the beautiful Fazana waterfront. I arrived earlier before check-in but Sanja made sure I could access the apartment earlier. The apartment was spotless and Sanja was a great host! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment at Moira's! Thanks to Moira and the open, friendly apartment as well as the beautiful garden, we felt right at home. If we had any questions, we could always contact Moira and she always offered to help us. The way to the beach is super short and beautiful! We had a perfect holiday, and we'd love to come back! Andrea is a great host, communication was great including a lot of local recommendations. The apartment is comfortable, close to the beach and has more than what visitors need! All recommendations! :)

The perfect place for relaxation, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but still near the city centre. The old town is about 20 minutes away on foot and 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is in pristine condition, clean, spatious and everything is brand new. The bed is very comfortable and we especially liked the dining area as it’s great for hanging out. Private parking was also incredibly useful as we were free to come and go whenever we liked.

The apartment looks even better than in the photos, kitchen and toilet has all the necessary amenities (plates, cutlery, oil, salt etc.), wifi and AC work great. Small store is right around the corner, the beach is a 15-20 min walk (would recommend driving by car in the heat). Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Our family holiday was wonderful in this apartman. My kids loved the pool and the garden. The beach was close to the house. Nada’s family was really kind Thank you everthing for your family!!! We will recommend your place to our family members and friends! :)

Sanja and her family are very helpful, friendly hosts. We were greeted with fresh fruit, water and juice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them. In fact, a mosquito net in the bedroom would be very helpful and pleasant to ventilate. The apartment is super central. Within 10 minutes in Pula and by bike in 5 minutes on the beach. The bakery, kiosk and fruit shop are also right around the corner. We would definitely book with Sanja again if we were to go on vacation in the area again.

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Small house large enough for 5 people. Tomas was really friendly. Contrary to previous reviews, the home has electricity and screens on the windows. Contrary to what I thought the house is not isolated, it is in a kind of small camp with small cottages next to each other. So there's a lot of human activity. The accommodation is very good for visiting the surroundings!

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Beautiful stay, host is extremely welcoming. She offered us one extra night free of charge because we were hit by bad weather forecast for our time of stay!

We stayed at Alica's place for 11 days, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week compensated us with 20 degrees and pure sun. In case of rain, the apartment is a little cool (but there is heating) and you can see the slightly older structure, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you want, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view of the garden, among other things, of an olive tree and the sea tongue, which can be reached in 1 minute on foot, were simply wonderful. There are magnificent beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the accommodation is clean, very well located, comfortable and nice. It has a super nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend it and I would like to stay there again. The only two "buts" we found were 1) the check-out time is very early and 2) as a guest you have to take out the trash and throw it in one of the bins at the end of your stay? I had never read anything like this on an Airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, strollers and suitcases, it was also heavy to carry the garbage and split up to go look for the containers. We were in a rush to get out in time and also stressed about the rubbish😅. Other than that, the truth is that everything was very good and Katarzyna was very attentive to offer us a cot.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Ivana's place was excellent, great location, comfortable bed, great balcony and view. Would highly recommend this accommodation, really enjoyed our first visit 😀

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Lovely host, very informative and friendly. Place was very clean and homely. Great bus links to city, lovely quiet beach and fun bars near by. Would recommend.
