Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Our accommodation is located among animals with panoramic views of the wallabies and deer park. A visit to the parks is possible

Located in the heart of the Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin Marsh, La Rochelle, Vendée and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and L'Autize Creek, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

"Garden side", F2 in Niort

In Saint Liguaire, a quiet area of Niort, close to the MAIF and MACIF Mutuals, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, I rent an apartment located in the lower part of my house. Bus no. 6, free, passes in front of the house. The house has a large garden, a courtyard. The entrance is independent, and can be done independently as soon as you arrive, even late (key box).
