You will be 35 minutes from the Futuroscope, 10 minutes from the Cité du Cardinal in Richelieu and close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms: 140 and 160 beds, one bedroom with 2 90 beds. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, swimming pool, tennis court etc. at walking distance. Region is well known for castles, vineyards & cycling routes; 3 hours drive from Paris on the A10.

Overlooked by a net on the mezzanine, this atypical space will allow you to chill with a book & watch the children play after a tour in the Spa located under the courtyard. The greenway is at the bottom of the enclosure, which allows for beautiful bike and walking tours. Chinon is 4.5 km away, Tours is 40 minutes away, Saumur is 30 minutes away… Not suitable for people with limited mobility (steps, stairs...)
