We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the motorway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

Leforest Centre Apartment 50 m2

This apartment ideally located in the heart of Leforest and close to all amenities and shops is ideal for a short or long stay. Just a few minutes from the train station, you will be in 10 minutes in Douai, 20 minutes from Lille. Composed of a large 14 m2 bedroom, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the living room sofa bed. Fully equipped, you will just have to put your bags down and enjoy the 50m2 of available space. Free Wifi / Netflix.

For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.

The 106 is a 30 m2 apartment on the ground floor, with blinds on the windows and roller shutters. Cozy and completely renovated, you will have a room closed by curtains with its bed of 140 by 190, and in the living room a sofa bed. 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, 7 minutes walking distance from Gayant Expo, and 7 minutes walking distance from the city center.
