This spacious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from the upstairs unit with its own private entrance in the back of the house. It has all new appliances and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery and big box stores, several sit down eateries, and many fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway but can reserve the full driveway for a fee.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Colonial Beach! Ken was incredibly communicative and honest from the start, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The place was fairly priced, clean, and welcoming..but it was the personal touches that really stood out. Ken left a thoughtful note welcoming our family and even included some small items for our kids, which meant a lot to us. It’s clear they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make the stay special. Overall, just a great experience and we’d absolutely stay here again! ⸻ Let me know if you want to add anything specific about the house or location!

Our recent stay at Ika's AirBnB in Waldorf, MD, was truly exceptional and she went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered, making our getaway with our "Old Lady Gang" an unforgettable experience. The location was ideal for our family, providing a peaceful escape while still being conveniently close to our daughters graduation events. We enjoyed exploring the charming town of Waldorf, with its delightful shops and eateries, all within a short drive from our accommodation. Ika was the perfect hostess and did everything she could to accommodate our group that consisted of senior ladies (over 70), who were difficult to please. Her attention to detail , honesty and genuine care made us feel like cherished guests. If you're planning a visit to Waldorf, MD and don't need a kitchen, look no further for a warm and welcoming home away from home. We can't wait to return!

My warmest recommendation for this beautiful home in an amazing location. I can guarantee you will see a lot of wildlife here, even in winter. This was my second time staying here, right after the new year, and I was snowed in for two days (Don't get me wrong, this had nothing to do with the property! Many people got snowed in, especially in smaller vehicles like my hyundai elantra), but the location is so peaceful and cozy that I didn't mind. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality of the other guests (who shared their food with me, as I was not prepared at all for the weather) and neighbors (especially Dave who brought over his big truck to get me out of the snow and mud). If you run into any kind of trouble during your stay, I have no doubt that you will receive help from these sweet and kind people! Jennifer is an amazing host, very proactive, communicative and making this place truly feel like home for her guests.
