Skipperhuset

Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The skipper house was built in 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in spring 2021. In collaboration with the local paint company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and aisle with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is walled in with the brewery house that has renovated the baking oven.

Me and my two boys ( 7 and 10 years ) live at Grimsby . The house is located in the courtyard of our house and is the original farmhouse. The house has a simple standard - but is renovated somewhat in 2020 and it is bright and cozy. At the place we have a cat that sounds the name Daddis 2 rabbits and as of Jan. 25 - 2 hens - cows on the ground part of the year Access to large garden and with a view to Hanangervannet . The garden area is shared with us, but one side is quite private for those who live in a rental house. Apple TV and internet

Skipper house in lovely Eikvåg

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil property. The skipper house is located warm and south facing in idyllic Eikvåg - an old sailing port - and is closer to the age of 300 The house is completely renovated and is located right on the waterfront. Swimming stairs make it easy to swim and do water activities. There is a deep water jetty where bigger boats can easily add. At the end of the jetty there is a slate space with a dining area and a fire pit/barbecue, while at the other end there is a fenced rose garden with seating.

Apartment in the heart of Farsund

Apartment 3 min walk to the center of Farsund. Good parking and patio with barbecue. The apartment is located on the basement and has two bedrooms + double sleeping sofa in the living room. Small but well equipped kitchenette. Bathroom with large shower and IR sauna. The apartment can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children in relation to beds, but the kitchen and living room can then feel a little small. Velkommen til Vika. Dette er et gammelt koselig hus med en nydelig sjøutsikt . Det har den mest fantastiske utsikten utover Spinds fjorden som ligger midt i den flotte skjærgården utefor Farsund. Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. Har to båter for utleie. Cosy country house!

Welcome to a small "gingerbread house" full of soul. The decor allows you to travel back in time. The garden lets you find soul. In the summer it is possible to pick up vegetables from the greenhouse for breakfast. There is walking distance to swimming area in Hanangervannet and a short distance to Havik beach. Quiet neighborhood, and lovely fireplace, for barbecues in the evenings. Enjoy!

The house is located 5 min walk to Farsund city where there is a center and several cozy shops. You can bike/ walk to both bath houses and several beaches. There is a heated pool on the property!
