This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. A wonderful 260 sqm house in classic Enskede. 5 bedrooms and a new private spa-area with jacuzzi, sauna and luxury shower. The charming house from 1920:s has open fire, spacious rooms, PS5, Oculus Quest, HBO, Netflix, pinball, fussball, table tennis, bikes etc The streets are lush, child friendly, beautiful and calm. The garden is amazing with sun set patio, out door dining table and grill, overlooking the fruit trees and flowers. 5 min walk to subway, 10 min to Stockholm centre.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.
