Suitable for those who want the opportunity to cook food in their own accommodation and need a base to start from when going on adventures. 3 adult beds (90x200 cm), 1 folding bed (approximately 180x80 cm). Bed sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Lake house with beach, sauna & boat

After one of all possible adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or ice skating trip on the lake, or a turn into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Perhaps you'll let the stress melt away in the sauna or hammock, followed by a dip or a lovely outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time. There is also another accommodation available for rent on the property if there are more than four of you. You are most welcome!

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

Accommodation with a fantastic location by the sea, only 10 metres from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub on our jetty can be rented for one evening. Currently under repair. Available from 20/5.

There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.
