Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Bright, delightful and welcoming apartment located right in the heart of the historic center of Cortona with an unforgettable view: the town hall on one side and Lake Trasimeno and the Valdichiana on the other. The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms. Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
