Holiday rentals with a patio in Farmer's Hill

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

Would definitely come back and stay at Kenyon’s place. His place was great and he is always around if you need anything. Easy to communicate with about local restaraunts or places to go. Stores are real close by for small needs like snacks and drinks. If you need any extras for the olace Kenyon will provide it for you. Will be back to stay.

Bella’s place was beautiful, the photos did no justice everything is modern. Felt like home away from home . You must book this place I highly recommend.

Υπάρχει κοντα market και φαρμακείο για να ψωνίσεις ότι χρειάζεσαι όπως επίσης και μπαρ - εστιατόρια όπου μπορείς να φας. Η παραλία είναι απέναντι ωστόσο θα χρειαστείτε οπωσδήποτε όχημα γιατί ολο το νησί είναι αρεοκατοικημένο και χωρίς πεζοδρόμια και δρόμους όπου μπορείς να περπατήσεις

Ken is a super host.. He took time out of his schedule to guide us to the location, because it was our first time in Exuma. His Airbnb was beautiful, was everything we expected and more!! Ken, even did check ups to see how we were doing every day on our trip, was super helpful in recommending places to go and eat. I would recommend his place anytime! Hope to see you soon! The Kite House was everything Stephen said it was. Beautiful home off the grid. Power and water worked great. Water at kitchen sink was fantastic! Island lost power one day due to a wreck, but this house never lost power. Wifi works great as well. Stephen was always very helpful and responded promptly when we had any questions. Cocoplum Beach is also gorgeous! The entire island is a must see! We stayed June 3-10. Weather and water was amazing! Truly at least 50 shades of blue and so clear when in it.

Gary was a very hospitable and friendly host. The unit was exactly as described. The lane from the main road to the rental could use some work but this is not Gary's responsibility. The area was very private and well kept. There was an outside hose that we could use to rinse off beach sand and salt water. Very nice deck with a couple of chairs. Heat pump in the unit was very good at cooling down the lower level however, the loft bedroom took a bit longer to reach a comfortable temp. The kitchen is small but very functional. Lots of water pressure and hot water. We only had the large front (garage style) door opened once due to the wind but I can imagine that the large screened opening would be great on evenings with just a little breeze. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. We were there the last of March (2025) and the first week in April and it was a bit windy with high surf while we were there but you can't control the weather. We had the beach to ourselves for the most part.

Stayed at Trevor's place for a week and it was a wonderful experience! Everything was new, clean, and not only was the area absolutely gorgeous, so was the place! The beaches in exuma are a need to see but one could even stay just at the Airbnb with the small private beach. One of our favorite parts was the bathroom having two shower heads! Hands down would love to stay there again! Hosts were very accommodating.

Absolutely amazing! Sea the view beach house is by far the best. Sandra is so kind and generous. The Villa was stocked with more than we could ever of asked for. Lots of floaties, lounge chairs, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up board and so on. It was a fantastic spot for pure peace and quiet. The view everyday was crazy beautiful. The Exuma blue colours of the water kept changing throughout the day, you will never get tired of it. Gorgeous!! The beach we pretty much had to ourselves and floating in the water everyday was a dream. Sandra told us to relax and enjoy, don't worry about anything. Sea the view beach villa is top notch and so is Sandra. She is a fantastic host! Our group of 4 was so impressed and can hardly wait to get back to Exuma. It's the best place in the world!

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

The home itself is basic and as described. There were nice sleeping spaces with comfortable beds and the upstairs kitchen stocked with what we needed for a couple days and plenty more. If you are looking to hang out inside with a large group this may not be the place for you because the furniture & living spaces are small. However, the outside space is spectacular! The co-host, Char was very friendly and helpful prior to and upon arrival. She even contacted a bit later to check in and verify we had everything we need. Back to the outdoor space…there was snorkel gear for the family as well as paddle boards & kayaks for our use. The decks, landscape, sense of privacy, and outdoor space were all nice and well-maintained. We enjoyed using the fire pit bbq to make dinner one night. Whether you are experienced at snorkeling or not I encourage you to grab a mask or goggles, go in the water and check it out!! I felt like I was swimming in a tropical aquarium just outside our back door!

A++++++++++++++ We could not have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful home to stay in! Totally private and quiet with AMAZING views. Everything in this home - from linens to appliances were well thought out, brand new and absolutely perfect. We had everything you could possibly need to just show up and relax. James was incredibly helpful with everything. He sent videos to show how to operate anything and everything in the house so we had Zero questions upon arrival. We loved that it was away from the busy Hotel/Resort area - but we could be at any of the big restaurants or beaches within 15 minutes. If you are headed to Great Exuma - stay here!!!

Si trova a Little Exuma in zona dove non c'è quasi nulla. Casa nellla tranquillità di Barraterre bellissima e appena ristrutturata tutto nuovo . Attrezzata di tutto quello che serve Si sviluppa su due piani co 2 camere(una matrimoniale e una con 2 Letti singoli)ciascuna con bagno Un bagnetto anche in comune Cucina piccola ma attrezzata di tutto x 4 Ci ha fornito anche boccioni di acqua e bibite in frigorifero. Piano terra speculare . Alnnesso un locale con lavatrice asciugatrice e tutti i detersivi All'esterno 4 lettini da sole per relax. Molto vento la sera ma non so se è il periodo Jenny(la moglie)è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa(ci ha aiutati anche con le escursioni)e una mattina ci ha cucinato la colazione tipica bahamense. Ci ritornerei di corsa! Terrazza con vista sulll'acqua

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!

Terecita's place is well thought out. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The complimentary toiletries, drinks and snacks were very thoughtful. Thank you. I look forward to staying here again.
