Holiday rentals with a patio in Exuma

we spend a wonderful vacation time at Deval's place. Great location, close to Georgetown, even if you may need a car at a certain point Deval has always been quickly responsive and even proactive for the check in, perfect when you arrive Ina new place. I highly recommend

Coral Villa was a little gem of a spot! Close to the airport, beautiful quiet private beach, beach bar just 1/4 mile away, $35 taxi ride into Georgetown. We would love to stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Meredith’s place! She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making the entire booking process seamless. She even went out of her way to allow an early check-in and was so understanding when our plans unexpectedly changed. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her detailed check-in guide and clear communication made everything so easy. I truly appreciate her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were lovely. Very clean and the decor was beautiful. We loved the screened in patio for morning coffee. Ingrid was very responsive and friendly. Donardo was our local support on site if needed. We had a great time.

What a great place to spend a week at Exuma with our family of 5. Away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, but close enough for a quick trip into town. We popped over to the Blue Conch restaurant, which is across the street at the Exuma Palms resort, on our first night after a long day of travel and enjoyed a good meal. We also used the pool for a couple hours on our last day after checking-out and before our flight. So convenient! The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked. The beds were comfortable, as were the upstairs furniture. We enjoyed several movies. For any runners, the paved road running alongside the house (not Queens Hwy) was the perfect spot. You can run for a few miles on a paved surface with little traffic. The best part of Sea Monkey were the hosts. They answered all my questions and responded promptly when needed. Definitely book their place!

Central location with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Favorite part was the large screened-in back porch that is steps away from the beach but with vegetation that provides privacy. Loved relaxing there in the morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and there is a table to have meals. Appreciate having washer and dryer to keep stuff clean. Beach and turquoise waters are beautiful.

The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

This home was beyond our expectations. It is the most beautiful location directly on the water with a small private beach. Amenities were as described. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. Lots of beautiful spots to unwind outside and enjoy the gorgeous waters. We utilized D’Andra, the private chef and she was wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Marina was an absolute wonderful host. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I never felt like a burden when reaching out with questions. When we arrived she had even bought a bottle of Chardonnay for my husband and I as we were on our honeymoon. Very thoughtful. The unit was cute and perfect. It was in the back but that just made it that much more private. We would definitely stay here again!

After a dreadful check in at another Airbnb, CC and Lydia helped us check in to their home as soon as they had it ready for us. 4 hours earlier than check in… although, they knew this was a special situation. We were vacationing from Tennessee and the place we had previously booked, in Exuma was a nightmare to say the least. Within moments of getting a hold of the hosts, they got us into their place in 2 1/2 hours, super comfy and clean, all the comfort of home, and air conditioning that worked with a pool that completed the stay! Also, everything you can expect from an Airbnb was there at our fingertips. These are the type of hosts I like to encounter when traveling with Airbnb. We travel with Airbnb quite often so we were happy to have the exceptional service! Thanks again guys. Hopefully, we will be back soon.
