Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Exuma

Dorothy and the property manager were both as available and helpful as anyone could ever need. My questions were always answered close to immediately and was always super friendly! This newly renovated two bedroom two bathroom house was as beautiful or more beautiful than the photos. There were also lots of nice extras like board and yard games, a couple boogie boards, beach buckets and shovels, an easy to carry small size cooler, a couple snorkel sets, beach towels, etc. Note, no laundry machines. I would however only recommend this rental to groups who LOVE the sound and view of crashing waves. The house is situated very close to a cliff edge with very rough surf (no safe swimming on site). The hot tub gazebo literally gets splashed by wave spray sometimes and the wind and waves are very constant. Closest beach is ok for waking on but not safe to swim. Of course via car you will have access to many wonderful beaches close by that are swimmable and are gorgeous (must do Coco Plum)!

The Kite House was everything Stephen said it was. Beautiful home off the grid. Power and water worked great. Water at kitchen sink was fantastic! Island lost power one day due to a wreck, but this house never lost power. Wifi works great as well. Stephen was always very helpful and responded promptly when we had any questions. Cocoplum Beach is also gorgeous! The entire island is a must see! We stayed June 3-10. Weather and water was amazing! Truly at least 50 shades of blue and so clear when in it.

A++++++++++++++ We could not have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful home to stay in! Totally private and quiet with AMAZING views. Everything in this home - from linens to appliances were well thought out, brand new and absolutely perfect. We had everything you could possibly need to just show up and relax. James was incredibly helpful with everything. He sent videos to show how to operate anything and everything in the house so we had Zero questions upon arrival. We loved that it was away from the busy Hotel/Resort area - but we could be at any of the big restaurants or beaches within 15 minutes. If you are headed to Great Exuma - stay here!!!

Would highly recommend this place it’s super clean , super private beach , jaw dropping views , safe . If you ever stay here and need anything or any help Judy gray is who you should ask for . She will take care of your every need and make your stay the most pleasant . Would recommend asking her about a private chef as it’s a lot better than the local food and prices actually cheaper . Overall wonderful experience !

It’s the day before we leave and the most important thing we want to say is thank you and we don’t want to leave. We won’t bore you with our adventures although they were awesome. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary finally without our kids or grand kids. We needed this break and we love it here. For years we have searched for the perfect the perfect beach: all over Florida, USVI, BVI, Mexico, and Jamaica… the bar is now set. Exuma is the best. Tar bay beach is beautiful. The gazebo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the seclusion, the plants, the pool, the house set up, and all of your property. We will be back. Thank you for hosting. We had a lovely stay. We were 3 adults & 2 teenagers. The location is lovely if you want access to local shops and restaurants, a dock for boating and drivable to many lovely beaches and restaurants on the island. We did not use the pool or beach at February Point due to high winds, but the location was fabulous and easy access to less windy beaches. We loved the dock, back patio and back deck at this home because we could lounge there with no wind. We had 3 turtles right off the deck. Almost daily turtle spottings! The Restaurant on property is convenient, yummy and nice service. Lots of space in the home so we had plenty of space for alone time when needed.
