Perfect place to stay in Exuma. We loved the location and the house! Right on the water, private community, and very clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

My friends and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ingrid’s beautiful Airbnb in Georgetown, Exuma over the weekend, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we could tell we had chosen the perfect place. Ingrid’s home was not only spotlessly clean, but also fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it honestly felt like a home away from home and so peaceful. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location could not have been more perfect. We were just minutes from the airport, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient, and we were right near the Regatta site, which was a huge plus since we spent a lot of time there enjoying the festivities. Being so close to everything made our weekend stress-free and allowed us to make the most out of every moment.

Absolutely fantastic! Just what we were looking for. Situated perfectly on top of a hill, overlooking the ocean, the views were unbelievable. We stayed 8 nights with our two adult children and their partners. Stephen’s house was perfect, giving everyone private space yet with a large communal area; kitchen, living room, and patio for coming together for meals and card games. Although it’s described as “off the grid” we lacked for nothing. Hot tub, pool, full laundry, a/c, a well managed house. We were more aware of our environment footprint, yet we lacked for nothing nor did we go without. We lived just like we were at home. Even with the remote house location there were two perfect rustic beach shacks within 10 minute walks along the beach. We had great food and drink service at both. Finally the beach, over a mile of unspoiled paradise. Shallow clear waters, beautiful colors, insanely peaceful. Absolutely no crowds. At most we saw maybe 30 people on the busiest day.

Tricia's home was so beautiful and was the perfect spot to call home for the week. The location is ideal with a pool and beach both a short walk away. Having the restaurant onsite was so ideal. The unit was tastefully renovated and had everything we could have asked for. From comfortable beds and linens, to a coffee machine and air fryer, and even had a travel crib and highchair for our baby. Prior and during our stay, Tricia was so responsive and proactively reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and got to the unit okay. We cannot say thank you enough to Tricia for sharing her slice of paradise with us! This was our forth trip to the Bahamas and easily one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at. We are already looking at returning and would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Moon House. It was stocked with everything we needed. It had mini split units in each room that kept us cool. The beach chairs were a huge plus while visiting the many different beaches. The communication with the host was flawless with fast responses to our questions.

Paradise Perfected!! I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and rarely is one so well appointed with such beautiful attention to detail as Flip Flops on the Hill. The home was lovely while also being cozy and comfortable which is a hard balance to strike. We were 4 couples of lifetime friends that enjoyed hours of leisurely morning coffee chats overlooking 50 shades of blue - where we easily walked to when we were ready to sit with our toes in the sand and wrapped up every evening rehashing both old and new memories on that fantastic screened porch. We will be back!

we had an absolutely great stay, Valentino, the one site manager, was great, he showed up when we had an issue, fixed it quickly and provided some great local suggestions for places to visit. the house was clean, the beds comfortable and the covered deck with a view of the ocean was great for relaxing. the community is stunning with lots of flora. the other residents where all very nice. the pool was great with a deep end and a shallow giving you more then a simple dipping pool. the road in is bumpy so if you are renting a vehicle you probably want something like a jeep! we can't wait to come back and stay again. and Karen was very responsive to questions.

The sunset villa was a great place to stay. Lovely view of salt pond and strophic of Cancer beach. Highlights: Great kitchen with excellent pots, pans and utensils. Nice Grill Washer and dryer worked well and all appliances were in great shape Plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys Great layout Everything was new and well stocked

This was our second stay at Queen of Harts, and it is the perfect spot. We love the privacy and proximity to the water! Great place for a lowkey relaxing island getaway!

Our stay at Shangri-la was perfect! The house is lovely, clean and had everything you’d need. The screened in porch is perfect to listen to the waves and drink coffee in the morning or have dinner in the evenings. Our daughter loved playing in the sand. You really could just stay at the house and never leave! Crystal was extremely responsive and by complete chance we ran into the owner. She was lovely as well! We love Exuma, this was our second time coming to the island and we’d easily book the Shangri-la again! Thanks for the memories!

10/10 island life! Our stay at Bowe Cay was nothing short of spectacular. A perfect family escape to unwind and reconnect. The island is just the right blend of comfort and untouched natural beauty—completely private, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning waters. The main house and bungalows were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, hot showers, and Wifi all while maintaining a cozy island feel. Ryan was fantastic to communicate with before our trip. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all our questions. One of the highlights of our experience was Sam, our boat driver and guide. He was warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge that made our time on the island even more special. He helped us get oriented, pointed out the best spots to explore, and made the boat rides feel like part of the adventure. Having access to the kayaks made island exploring even more fantastic! Thanks for hosting us Ryan, can't wait to come back!

Great little spot across the street from the beach. With a rental car it's convenient to get tot he different beaches. We were there for a week with our toddler and had a great time. Jabina was very responsive.

We spent 3 short days at The Cedar Beach House and it was simply amazing. From the host helpfulness, to the home being so beautiful, I slept in the master. After a long day of travel the bed was ama,ing, I slept like a baby. The home was clean and provided everything we neeced to cook for ourselves. So happy we chose this airbnb. The value of what we received during this whole experience thank you 'Suga' the host. He doesn't says he is a concierge but he is accommodating and his level of services rises to that. I had family staying in a different airbnb that had concierge services and lets just say Suga blew them out the park. I am incredibly greatful to the host 'Suga' my dad arrived early not only did he pick him up he granted him access to the space early and I'm so thankful because our flight was delayed so many times. I am looking forward to returning and this will be were I am staying on future trips to Exuma!

Absolutely amazing! Sea the view beach house is by far the best. Sandra is so kind and generous. The Villa was stocked with more than we could ever of asked for. Lots of floaties, lounge chairs, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up board and so on. It was a fantastic spot for pure peace and quiet. The view everyday was crazy beautiful. The Exuma blue colours of the water kept changing throughout the day, you will never get tired of it. Gorgeous!! The beach we pretty much had to ourselves and floating in the water everyday was a dream. Sandra told us to relax and enjoy, don't worry about anything. Sea the view beach villa is top notch and so is Sandra. She is a fantastic host! Our group of 4 was so impressed and can hardly wait to get back to Exuma. It's the best place in the world!

Love the atmosphere. Everything was well detailed and thought of.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The caretaker made everything extremely easy and he was very responsive. The house is in the perfect location, close to Georgetown and close to the beach. It was so peaceful watching the sunrise from the patio in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed.

Can't say enough about Kelly and Josh! Very responsive and sent out a maintenance person next day for a minor issue. Don't be fooled by only having one review. My wife and I originally found them on VRBO for the same property with plenty of reviews but booked on Airbnb as I have an established account here. Short 4-5 minute walk to one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, Tropic of Cancer. Very short drive to Pretty Molly and Forbes Hill Beach, oasis like beaches with stunning rock formations on the sides. Would definatley book again!! Thanks Kelly

This place was amazing..that view never gets old!..beautiful wrap around porch with hummingbirds to boot..house was very clean and the hosts were very helpful..even assisted me with getting a rental car. They reached out more than once before my arrival to make sure I had everything I needed..highly recommend!

Jeff and Laurie's Villa is in a fantastic location! Perfect for exploring to either end of the Island. So close to February Point, The Rusty Anchor restaurant which is a really great spot for a delicious meal and drinks. We loved the convenience of zipping into George Town for groceries, beer, ice and anything else we needed. The views from this Villa are so pretty. Thanks Jeff for responding to all our messages super fast!

Cornell’s house is right on a gorgeous bay with pristine water and convenient to the whole island. Great food, local adventures and amazing people will make your trip memorable. Our recommendations: stocking island/chat n chill, tropical of cancer beach, hooper bay/beach, little exuma/santannas, exuma market, renting a jeep and exploring, snorkeling and eating as much conch/lobster as you can find. This was one of my top 5 favorites trips and we will definitely be going back. 10/10 recommend.

Everything was great. House was very presentable had everything you might need. Likewise the kitchen, where I cooked my wife a cake for her BD. The near by beach, two minute walk, is beyond awesome. Can't go wrong here.

I had no rentalcar it was a perfekt locatetd appartement. I could walk to the supermarket, to take a boat and with a little hike to beautiful beaches. I felt very comfy and safe. The kitchen is well equiped and the bed is good. I would come again next time!
