Floras Charming Waterfront Villa

Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is in a central location and very close to all the places you want to go. Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Şeytan Sofrası is 15 minutes away. In addition, the symbol of Ayvalık is within walking distance to the beach in the narrow alleys. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay on the sofa for 2 people in the living room. 😊HAVE A GOOD VACATION 😊

Newly renovated, spacious and stylish house in a quiet street at the heart of Plomari is a perfect place for couples, groups and families of up to 6 people. It boasts an ultra-high ceiling with a lovely gallery. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and full bathroom on ground floor; additional bedroom, full bathroom, open space with a sofa-bed in the gallery. Amoudeli beach is a 250m stroll. Important note: for safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not allowed up at the gallery

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).
