Monthly Rentals in Fanós

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

This was a great villa for a large family stay. Don't need to say too much just look at the pictures used on Airbnb. Location was perfect for us away from the main tourist area which was about a 30 minute walk. We had a car so a 5-10 minute drive took you to the coast and beaches. Shopping was easy if you wanted to eat in or lots of bars and restaurants for eating out. Outside pool BBQ was superb. Host was respresponsive. Highly recommend and would book there again.

Firstly communication prior to arrival was excellent including detailed directions to ensure safe arrival, there are some reviews mentioning how bad the access is, this is not the case if you just follow the information sent, mopeds deliver food and groceries so ... Check in was faultless and flexible on check out. The villa is excellently equipped and has everything you will need for your stay, including condiments, toiletries etc and nice touches with cold drinks, coffee and snacks so you don't have to rush straight out for supplies. The location of the villa is beautiful with stunning views, sunsets and walks surrounded by nature. Marie-Line is always on hand for recommending local restaurants, beaches, activities sending links and directions, even advising short cuts when certain areas are busy. Over all faultless, very professional, friendly, excellent communication and always on hand for questions, I wouldn't think twice about returning to this great villa and location. 🏖.

Loved my stay at Marios's place. Marios was very responsive and happy to help with any questions/recommendations. The flat looked exactly like the pictures and was easy to find. I asked for some black out curtains for the bedroom as it got bright very early and Marios provided them happily. The kitchen had almost everything I needed - though some basic salt, pepper, and oil would've been great. Check in was easy and quick with getting the keys from the lockbox. The location was great, 2 minutes from the beach and a 20-30 min beautiful walk along the sea into Protaras/to Fig Tree Bay. One thing I will say is that the walls in the apartment complex are thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours. Earplugs helped somewhat, that's my only real naggle and overall it was a great stay.
