I had a wonderful stay at Gina's. When I arrived they very kindly picked me up from the station which I was super grateful for. The house was beautiful with traditional interiors. The town is very peaceful and the views from the garden were beautiful! I would reccomend to anyone wanting to get away from a busy city break, perfect for relaxing! Gina was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly and I felt if I needed anything I could happily reach out to her.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful 12 days in Monsummano. The house is ideally located for exploring Tuscany. The location is just great! Good restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes can be reached on foot. We highly recommend the place and communication with Daniele was great!! Thanks for a great stay! 👌😀👍

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Awesome place to stay if you are looking for privacy and nature going hand in hand in the beautiful chalet surrounded by peaceful calmness and a relaxing atmosphere. Maria who is a very friendly Host was always helpful and responded very quickly if we had questions and we are thankful for whole service (with the car :) We recommend the chalet a 10/10 and would revisit it anytime again !

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

We spent 3 fantastic days in Daniele's villa, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. We were 9 friends and the house was perfect for our stay: spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our relaxing days, while the indoor sauna added a special touch to the evenings. The common areas are spacious and well organised and the outdoor porch is ideal for a barbecue. Daniele was an impeccable host: always available and attentive, he made us feel welcome right away. A stay that we recommend without hesitation, perfect for those looking for peace, comfort and a nice place to share moments with friends.

Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!

Very well located rental to visit Tuscany and the seaside. Cristiana has planned everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible, very clean accommodation with everything you need. Covered outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. We will not hesitate to come back.

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

The stay went very well! Unfortunately, the house was very hot and we had to rely on fans. They have a dog that they often let roam free. I also risked running him over with the car several times (because I am a new driver and I always stopped the car and asked him to put it away). They always have!) The nearest stocked supermarket is 30 minutes away. There's no freezer. The water in the upper floor and in the kitchen has low pressure. Despite all these shortcomings, the reason I say it went well is the friendliness of Catia and her husband! In the evening, we saw the fireflies. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to penalize this option for the availability of the host Catia.

The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small but at the same time, spacious apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, you need a car to get to the sea. The only flaw, if you have a large car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. But this was communicated in advance. We had no problem. Thank you very much Maria Victoria for everything. We will definitely be back. Greetings also to Shaggy, the house dog. Very nice.😍

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We had a fantastic time at Nadia's accommodation. The view is beautiful and a very nice swimming pool that is well maintained by Giacomo. Very friendly welcome and received tips to do in the area. Good location close to Lucca and in a beautiful green area. We would book this again.

Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a beautiful estate surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here. The villa is beautiful and the surroundings are stunning. The villa, immaculate and well decorated, is perfect for relaxing, with lots of different areas inside and outside to sit or recline, and the pool is perfect for a dip. The owners are really friendly, very helpful and were extremely accommodating to all our needs. The local town of Pescia is pleasant and has all of the amenities you will need to make your stay comfortable, such as a very smart supermarket (Esselunga) just a 3 minute drive away. Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Siena are all within driving distance, or you can take a train from Pescia. I do recommend hiring a car, as this allowed us to take smaller trips to some places that became our favourties, such as Monte Carlo, that would have not been possible without a car. This Airbnb is ideal for couples, romantic holidays, relaxing and exploring Tuscany. Again, it's the best I've ever stayed at!

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.
