Waterfront holiday rentals in Falmouth

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

Very comfortable apartment in a beautiful location in Woods Hole. Great view of Eel Pond and the waterfront.

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

This is a beautiful hose in a perfect location - walkable to downtown, the Wellfleet town pier and Mayo Beach. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which had a great modern kitchen and a good size living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable and having linens was a bonus. We have a family home in Wellfleet and had guests in from Europe which prompted the need for our stay. Honestly after all the years that we have been here, I never knew this place existed. It blends right in with other beautiful houses that surround it. And had I knew it was there, I would have recommended it to any of the friends and family traveling through the area. Highly recommended!!!

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

We stayed for three nights for our daughters wedding at the cape club and it was close to the venue, easy to find, beautiful home in a peaceful setting and right near the bike path which was great for morning runs!!! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home for a large group to stay and enjoy the Falmouth area!!!

Stephenie and Chase have really made something special with their cottage in Sandwich! It’s beautiful, peaceful, and functional. It exceeded our expectations! The home is full of beauty, character and well cared for details, and the grounds are stunning and serene. We LOVED all of it!! The layout of the home worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. There were plenty of rooms and spaces for all of our activities, and the kitchen was not only gorgeous, but also large enough for all of our baby bottle prep, food prep, etc. Communication was outstanding! From the moment we booked to the last day we were well cared for. The pre-stay welcome guide and messages (full of tips) helped us to prepare for the trip, and we referred to the guide throughout the stay. Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is in a very special location, with a very short and easy walk to the beach, and right next to a pond. Our boys woke up bright and early each morning to fish in the pond and we could sit on the deck and watch them reel in some nice fish! Hot tub was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was walkable and the beach was really beautiful. Thankful to have found this house and been able to stay for a few days. Host was responsive and easy to work with!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Kevin's place is perfectly located in Angels Landing across from the library. It’s a quiet, safe location at night. The proximity to abundant dining and shopping options made exploring Provincetown incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with coffee and sweetener, which we appreciated each morning. The peaceful setting allowed for great rest after busy days exploring the town. Kevin was a thoughtful host and we'd definitely stay here again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! Check in and check out was very easy and straightforward from Brian’s directions. The place was so clean and incredibly comfortable! We had everything we needed there and loved the location. It was so easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops! We had a great stay and would love to stay again sometime!

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

Waterfront Gem is exactly that, a gem!! Beautiful location right on the bay. Steps away from the Boatslip yet quiet and pleasant!! Park the car and walk everywhere!! Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!
