House holiday rentals in Falmouth

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was clean and warm; we used it every day. The house was well stocked- dishes, spices, utensils, pots and pans… and plenty of chairs out by the pool for outdoor meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take nice morning walks down to the little beach 1/4 miles away. Great quality seafood at Falmouth Fish Market, and many grocery/household store options less than 2 miles from the house. We paid extra for the linens; good choice for us since we had a full house.

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

We had an amazing stay at Stephanie’s place in Falmouth! The home was immaculate, spotlessly clean and even better than we expected. The photos were beautiful, but somehow the house exceeded them. Stephanie and Ellen were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone their own private space while still feeling cozy and connected. The pool and hot tub were huge hits and made our time extra relaxing and fun. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Falmouth! The home is beautiful with plenty of natural light and a nice breeze coming in through the many windows. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any Airbnb homes we have stayed. The beds are very comfortable, and we felt right at home in the large bedrooms. The entire home is immaculate! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard surrounded by trees and lots of birds. There are tons of parks/hiking trails and restaurants nearby - great central location on Cape Cod. We really enjoyed visits to Skaket beach with tide pools that the kids could explore in the late afternoon during low tide. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster was really neat, with a short boardwalk trail back to Wing’s Island. Jessica is a great host and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay in Falmouth! Jacquie was quick to respond. Ideal house for being with family. Open floor plan, so everything is laid out nicely. I love how the master suite is on the first floor & upstairs has another living area (with sofa, TV & desk). Very good location too! Highly recommend!

We traveled with 4 couples who have know each other since HS, 40 years ago. It was a great home to relax and catch up. The house is lovely and we loved that we each had our full bath! I highly recommend this home and this location.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better and was just a short drive to a fantastic winery and super close to downtown. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were welcoming and even let us check in well before the listed check in time, which was incredibly nice.

Great accommodation. House looks like the pictures and it was walking distance to some of Falmouths best spots.

This property and house are lovely. I have not a single complaint and Dominick and Marcela are wonderful hosts. The house was spotless, as was the property. This was our first trip “on cape” and if we go back, we will absolutely stay here. Lovely. Please take the recommendations from the owners, they are on point! (Woot woot roche and moto pizza and pink door!). Thank you for letting us stay here. The bunnies, deer, and turkeys were an added bonus!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a great time. The house and amenities were just as advertised, and the porch and backyard were the perfect spot to spend time together. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Andrew was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, professional, and he provided a great guide of local recs and house instructions. The location was great for exploring Woods Hole and Falmouth by car. I would recommend!

Great home TY for letting us stay.

The place was beautiful and clean with a great view. It fits 8 people comfortably and if there are folks willing to sleep on the couch even 10 people would be happy there. This house is 20 minutes from ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and the surrounding areas are beautiful

Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Aaron's house. The house was clean and neat. Aaron has appointed the house with very comfortable nice furnishings and quality appliances that were all in excellent working condition. Sheets towels and blankets were all clean and fresh. In the kitchen and bathroom everything felt nicely taken care of and nothing was dingy. Our host generously provided some bottles of water, snacks, some coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We felt very well taken care of, and when I couldn't find the coffee filters Aaron offered to have some delivered the next day, but there was no need they were right where he said they should be! We didn't have our dog with us on this short trip, but if we had there was a great fenced in yard, and a dog park right down the street. Also, there is a basketball hoop in the driveway, and good books and jigsaw puzzles in the house. I highly recommend this property!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We had three generations, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect family weekend at Tim's place. The house is comfortable, spacious, appropriately stocked and immaculate. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Easy communication with Tim. Great stay!

Evgenia has a wonderful house in Cape Cod and we were most impressed by the unique touches such as coffee and tea choices, paintings, and the turntable! The outdoors were also really beautiful and private, I certainly wished we had more time to spend there.

This home was everything it was advertised and more! Very comfortably hosted all 6 of us. Very, very clean and decorated in a very cute beach theme. The kitchen was perfectly laid out if you love to cook, as I do. She had so many spices in the pantry and many other things that one might need to prepare meals. The little beach on site was so peaceful, and we put the paddle boards to good use for a nice view of entire lake. The location was also great in relation to the event we attended. There were stores, and restaurants within 5 minutes to the property. So if you are looking for a perfect home on the cape and you don’t mind a 10/15 minute drive to the shore, this home is perfect! Great house for a larger group. It has all the amenities and lots of beds. Very close to the ocean and Brien was easy to communicate with. Thank you for having us at your home!
