A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Welcome to this large villa, located on a large corner property with plenty of space for fun and games. Two large patios are at your disposal; the upper patio is elevated and has sun all day. The lower terrace is well-suited for barbecuing. The house is built in the 20th century and is cozy with some older details and creaky floors. Two living rooms and separate rooms for toilet and shower simplify everyday life for large families. The furniture is new and the beds are comfortable; a nice house that feels like home=) Welcome!

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - Sauna and hot tub to hire in an adjacent house. In that house there is also a small toilet with shower. In the house there is also a sofa bed which sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Basement apartment

Smaller basement apartment with a small kitchenette. The sleeping arrangements consist of a single bed (105 cm) and a smaller sofa bed (105 cm). Please note that the bed is narrow – two of you can definitely sleep in it if you like to lie close together, but otherwise the sofa bed is available! Bed linen and towels are provided, and parking is available on the street just outside the house. The accommodation is about 3 minutes by car from the E4. The city centre is about 1.5 km away.

Just 10 minutes from Skellefteå is our guest house which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome, but cats are not due to allergies. The cottage has large windows to the horizon and is decorated with what you need. Smart TV and good broadband. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick box spring. From there, you also have a view of the sea. Want a separate bedroom so please ask! Sometimes, but not always, it's available. It is next door to a bed 160 cm wide.

Welcome to our house by the river – only 2 minutes from Skellefteå Airport. Up to 6 guests can stay here in a spacious house with three bedrooms. From the balcony, you go directly down to a large deck and then out onto a private jetty. Enjoy barbecue evenings overlooking the water, take a swim from the bathing steps, or fish directly from the jetty. Here, peaceful nature is combined with a very convenient location close to the airport and Skellefteå.

The accommodation includes free parking and bed linens/towels. Bureå is a community about 20 km south of Skellefteå. There is a Coop, gas station, pizzeria, bathhouse and library within walking distance. By car, you can get to central Skellefteå in about 10-15 minutes. There are also buses that take about 25 minutes into town, with a bus stop a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.

Gärdsmark 342, Skellefteå, Sweden

Available for rent between 20/4-20/9 2026. Elevated location with a nice view of Gärdsmarksträsket. The cabin is about 17 square metres + a sleeping loft that is just over 3 metres wide. The loft can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There is a nice little beach 2 minutes from the cottage, and there is also access to a boat for rent.

Skellefteå airport is only 7 min away and the distance to Skellefteå city is 17 km. Airport pick up available, for an extra 250 SEK (returen ticket) , upon request.
