In 5 minutes you will be at Petzinseestrand and by bike you can wonderfully travel the entire Havelsee area from here. The house has two large terraces, one of which is covered. In the garden, you can relax in the wicker beach chair and in the sauna (for a fee) you will find the necessary relaxation.

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). It is fully equipped so maintaining yourself is easy. My accommodation is well suited for couples (#berlincity), single travellers, adventurers (#döberitzerheide), business travellers (#messeberlin) and furry friends (pets) or bike enthusiasts.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Lake vacation home near Berlin

My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Lake Falkenhagen invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes of Berlin city. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Our sweet and stylish apartment "Sonnenschein" is perfectly suited for tourists or professionals. Sit back and relax in the feel-good atmosphere. The apartment has its own terrace, kitchen, TV, private entrance, free parking and Wi-Fi. In addition, you have a perfect connection to Berlin in a quiet location. About 15 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes by train. The train station is only a 5-7 minute walk away. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Quiet studio - quick to get to Berlin by public transport

Bright, friendly and quiet studio and extra bedroom with private terrace in a large garden. Ideally suited as a base for trips to Berlin and Potsdam. The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.

A magical place, the cottage is surrounded by nature on a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cottage was created with loving work and is newly built. The goal was to offer modern comfort (Wi-Fi, warm water and comfortable beds) in a rustic style. The hot tub can be booked on site (€40 per stay) Charcoal, lighters and wood will be provided. The 600 sqm garden invites you to breathe and enjoy the silence. Whether it's a relaxing weekend or a longer time, you can enjoy it here. The fireplace is perfect for cold winter days on the couch.
