Our house was always very lively. We have taken in foster children for many years. In the meantime, they have grown up :) We have rebuilt something and can now offer you three beautiful rooms (nice and cool in summer) on the lowest floor of our house. Quietly located for relaxing, but also possible to quickly reach Berlin by bus or train. Shopping facilities available in the village. Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

On the western outskirts of Berlin, near the Wall Trail

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On hot summer days, the apartment is pleasantly cool. Lake Falkenhagen and the swimming area at Lake Neuen can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The Spandau City Forest and the Berlin Wall Trail / bike path are “right around the corner.” The surroundings are ideal for relaxing, hiking & cycling. You can reach the lively city of Berlin in 20 minutes by Regio from Albrechtshof or Seegefeld train station (3 km away).

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The cozy vacation home is located on the western outskirts of Berlin, about 500 meters from Berlin, on a quiet side street on a large property. Free parking is available in front of the property on the street. The vacation home is designed for max. 3 people with separate beds. An extra bed in the bedroom, e.g. for a child, is possible. The tiled shower room has underfloor heating and a level shower area. Bedroom and hallway are covered with laminate.
