We had a wonderful stay here. The place was incredibly peaceful, providing the perfect escape to unwind from busy everyday life. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The heated pool was a real highlight, kids dove right in every morning. Communication with the hosts was always responsive and friendly. We would love to return.

We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

The villa is an absolute dream! We felt incredibly comfortable every second of our (unfortunately much too short) stay. Absolute highlight is the pool, which looks like on the pictures! Marietta and Yiannis were incredibly accommodating. Yiannis showed us everything and was always available for questions. He even told us when the wind conditions are such that we can do a boat trip. Supermarket, (stone)beach and restaurants are within walking distance. By taxi you can reach Rhodes town in 10 minutes (€15 for 1-4 people). A taxi to the airport costs 20€ for 1-4 persons. If you stay longer and want to explore the island, you can think about a rental car. Overall, we can highly recommend the place. Those who book here don't make a mistake!

Super villa, much more stylish than photos suggest. Pool and grounds kept super clean and well maintained. Perfect for a large or extended family group but be prepared to walk further and longer to get to Lindos. But there is a bus. Lindos is very pretty but can be hectic early evening so villa provided perfect retreat as it is a short 3 minute drive from the town. Note that its location means that the pool doesn’t get the evening sun. But overall a lovely villa with everything you need and good aircon in all the right rooms.

This is our second visit to Sunset 1. We love the Villa, we will never get tired of the view from outside area. Villa is clean and has everything you need. We never hire a car and use local taxis to get shopping and take us into Lindos . The hill is still very steep 🤪... but worth the climb . As we visit in October the only thing that could be improved is if pool was heated ....as it is very bracing, but this wouldn't stop us booking Sunset 1 again.

Afandou is a a hidden gem, with a large beach with activities at either end and the middle is left for you to enjoy either on a sun bed you rent or bring your own. There are a couple of beach cafes to get refreshments and food and a great Taverna for the evening. Charlotte is a brilliant host, her recommendations were spot on and I would suggest you go with her rental car company suggestion. They were very helpful and we managed to get a car the next day for the duration of our holiday. Charlotte was welcoming and checked in on us both on arrival and during the stay. Her home is exactly that, a home, as soon as you drop your case in the door you feel relaxed and know you will enjoy your stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. The welcome pack was great so you had the basics until you were settled in and ready to explore. I would say that a car is needed only if you want to explore the island.

Our stay at the Medieval Villa was fantastic! Lots of space for everyone and incredibly beautiful house. We enjoyed a dinner in the Medieval dining room as well as a Jacuzzi on the rooftop, best of both worlds! The kitchen was very well appointed with a coffee machine, and the host left us some beers and soft drinks. Staying in the old town was a magical experience to walk around the uncrowded medieval streets early in the morning and after dinner at night. The host was very responsive and provided an airport pick up. Would strongly recommend, we only wished we had stayed longer!

Athina is a great host and the house is beautiful. The only drawback was the rule of not making noise after 23.00 hour.

Wow... what a holiday experience! Villa Diaz was just stunning... beautiful inside and out, and exceptionally fitted out with everything we could possibly need (for both adults and children). Right from initial contact with Kostas regarding availability of the villa, he was an absolute dream host. So responsive, super friendly, and just lovely to speak with. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He was there when we needed him, shared recommendations for places to visit, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. Amazing!

Have been to many airbnb over the years, but never experienced similar hospitality and service that we find by Kostas and his father George. We were there for a week. A total of 5 people. The house was sparkling clean, EVERYTHING was thought out. They even came and cleaned an extra midweek to change the sheets and towels as well as cleaning!! With such service, who needs hotel?? Awesome, recommended for families!

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

It's a lovely place. This place is away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It's a good idea to rent a car or take a local bus. shop and pizzeria can be found within walking distance. there's no better place to be. we also got airport transfers ready. Thanks ❤️

Our group of five couples loved Rhodes old town and staying at Estia! The villa is as described - actually prettier in person. We found the bedrooms spacious and the beds comfortable. As others have mentioned, there is no formal living room, however the central entryroom served that purpose when we could not be in the garden due to rain. I cannot say enough about our host, Peter. Great communication before and during our stay, very responsive to our needs when one of our party became ill. A genuinely nice person. We did lose hot water after a few rainy days limited the effectiveness of the solar heating system, however, Peter promptly took care of that issue. We have all decided we would rent this house again should we return to Rhodes!

An unforgettable stay in a brand new villa – absolutely perfect! We’re a couple with three kids (ages 16, 14, and 11), and this was hands down the best holiday we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful, modern, and truly brand new. The design is stunning – everything feels fresh and well thought out. The kitchen, in particular, is fantastic – fully equipped and a real pleasure to use. The kids loved the pool and the amazing views – it really felt like paradise. But what made it even more special were the hosts. They are such a lovely couple – welcoming, helpful, and always available if you need anything. There’s everything you could possibly need in the villa, and if not, just ask and they’ll help right away. The host also runs a cool sports bar nearby where you can catch a football match and have a drink. The location is great – peaceful but also well-connected to everything. We had an amazing autumn holiday (mid October) in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, maybe even better. The house is spacious and aesthetically decorated. Great outdoor area with lots of space. The pool and surrounding area was super nice, but the fairly cold water in the pool made our swims short. We mostly went on trips out of Kolymbia, as there are so many beautiful beaches and views close by. Kolymbia in itself didn’t offer a lot of experiences. The communication with Panayotis and his associate, Elias, was great all along. We arrived fairly late in the evening but were guided to the house and greeted by arrival. We definitely recommend staying here!

Angeliki and Harry were fantastic hosts ! so helpful in mores way than one , the place is beautiful everything you need and they made sure we had some milk and food on arrival which was so helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance great food called Taverna Perihlis lovely staff so caring , we also did parasailing with some very nice guys literally on the beech at bottom of villa everything you need we also hired a car to explore and did some snorkeling in the gorgeous coves nearby and when leaving host met us to say goodbye very caring definitely be back .

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.

It was beautiful! Thank you very much for the wonderful time! We as a family enjoyed a lot! The house is beautiful; the pool huge and clean; each bedroom has its own bathroom, which allows you to maintain privacy beautifully; the garden is wonderfully maintained; the house is very cozily furnished, you feel right at home; the cleaners were very used; all are very helpful; the view from every room and from the terrace is breathtaking - in short, we had a perfect holiday!
