OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. La Volière is located on a rocky headland, overlooking a beautiful farmhouse where our sheep thrive. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In summer, you can enjoy access to the shared pool. Lots of wineries around us, walks or bike rides, flea markets and garage sales depending on the period, and if you want to breathe in the ocean, it's not far!
