We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s place! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, it’s just a short walk to the mall, convenience stores, and places to eat, so it was really easy to get around. The area felt safe and quiet too. Nancy was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

The unit is so comfy for the three of us, great unit actually if you are planning to celebrate a small wins and accomplishment in life. There is also a toy (activity) to enjoy both parent and kid ❤️. My daugther actually starting to realized what beautiful unit is ❤️ palagi nyang sinasabi "ang ganda bahay natin mama no!" ☺️☺️ makes my heart feel pressure to have a condo 😅😅 all in all thank you sir Pepito for accommodating us along the way 🤗🤗 and to ate des.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.

Close to everything. Wish guests had more access to gym and pool without additional fees. Grocery store just down the block. There was a persistent mold or mildew smell. I don’t know if it is unique to the unit or a building issue. Owners are extremely responsive and proactive. Building and grounds secure and safe.

Ms. Lisa was very accommodating. I highly appreciate how clearly she communicated with us. Since we booked the unit the same day, we had to wait for a bit because it still had to be cleaned due to a previous booking. Even so, she offered to extend our stay, and the place was spotless when we came in. I also like how complete the kitchen is. Aside from the usual cookware, there was also some seasoning readily available. Lastly, the unit looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy, there were a lot of things to do, and it was easy to access. I highly recommend this place, and I want to commend Ms. Lisa for being a great host.
