Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

Everything you need are in there (may pa coffee and tea with matching snacks hehe). The place is cozy,clean and smells great.Perfect ang view hehe especially at night . When I got into this airbnb, I was surprised because the vibes are very chill and cozy. It is very relaxing and very clean! The view from the balcony at night is picturesque. Her sister and niece is very accommodating and nice. Definitely I will recommend this Airbnb to my friends as well😊❤️

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

the host provided complete amenities and the unit itself was clean and smells fresh. it was thoughtfully designed. i like the layout of this 2br unit, everything works well together. we really enjoyed our new year’s staycation at this place. will surely recommend this unit. parking is available at sm novaliches for 300 php per night.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Cy's place is highly recommended. Clean and cozy unit, peaceful place, complete sets of kitchen utensils and appliances, and cleaning materials which are needed during our stay. Also, Cy is responsive in our every queries.

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

The unit is so comfy for the three of us, great unit actually if you are planning to celebrate a small wins and accomplishment in life. There is also a toy (activity) to enjoy both parent and kid ❤️. My daugther actually starting to realized what beautiful unit is ❤️ palagi nyang sinasabi "ang ganda bahay natin mama no!" ☺️☺️ makes my heart feel pressure to have a condo 😅😅 all in all thank you sir Pepito for accommodating us along the way 🤗🤗 and to ate des.

I inquired on the same day and received a prompt response. The self check-in was exactly what I was looking for—convenient and stress-free, with no need to rush to meet the host. She was also very easy to communicate with and highly responsive. While the unit is compact, it’s clean, well-maintained, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, and basic toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The location is convenient, with several establishments nearby. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable stay with a responsive and accommodating host.

Close to everything. Wish guests had more access to gym and pool without additional fees. Grocery store just down the block. There was a persistent mold or mildew smell. I don’t know if it is unique to the unit or a building issue. Owners are extremely responsive and proactive. Building and grounds secure and safe.

I’d definitely recommend this place! It really gives that “home away from home” vibe. Everything you need is already there — from utensils to a washing machine — super convenient. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get, no surprises. The place is cozy and has a really chill atmosphere, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. It’s also close to convenience stores and even Puregold, which makes it easy to grab anything you need. It’s just walking distance from the Philippine Heart Center, which made it super convenient during my sister’s operation. Every time we needed something, we could easily get it within minutes. This is a great place to stay if you have a loved one admitted at the Heart Center — it really helps being close by. The host is very responsive and easy to talk to, which made the whole stay even better. I’d for sure stay here again and recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a comfy and reliable spot!
