Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fairview

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Travis's apartment. The location can't be beat, and the apartment has several amenities that are especially useful for families with children, including many games and crafts. Also bunkbeds! Which are exciting. It was great to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather on the lovely and spacious patio. We hope to visit again!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I’m so happy it was here. From the moment you walk in you are blown away by the decor, the views, the amount of light, how well appointed everything is, I could go on and on. But what stood out more than anything else is the thoughtfulness. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. This place goes above and beyond. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marcela's Airbnb! I was in town for the Spartan Race and needed a comfortable place to relax after the event, and Marcela's place was the perfect spot. The house is spacious and inviting, offering plenty of room to unwind. After pushing myself during the race, the hot tub was an absolute dream—perfectly maintained, spacious, and the ideal place to soak in and let the stress melt away. Marcela herself was incredibly polite, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. She really went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat, especially after a big event, I highly recommend Marcela's place!

Bobby’s place was great for my birthday weekend!! It felt right at home and more ❤️ The only thing I can complain about is that there are barley corner stores lol but that has nothing to do with how great of a host Bobby was, thank you! I hope to come visit again 🙂

Emily’s apartment was a perfect base for our family of 4. It was very quick and easy to train into Manhattan every day, while at the same time great to be based in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment had everything we needed for our 5 night stay, with a good kitchen, enabling us to eat in when we felt like it. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite places to nest when working in the area for a week or more. This attic apartment is on the 3rd floor and is a proper one bedroom. Light, airy, spacious and comfortable with great light. (There are some low clearances and angled walls to be aware of if you're tall.) Kirk is exceptionally kind and always responsive. He was even able to fix an issue immediately upon arrival and remotely! The Metro North station is just a 15min walk and there's easy access to bus service that will take you to the subway (or you can walk, if you have the time). Two supermarkets just 10-15min walk from the apartment—right by the Metro North station—which was great. As ever, looking forward to my next stay.

This place is SPOTLESS and exceeded my expectations! The pictures truly show the space, and it's perfect for exploring NYC. Everything is nearby, and the Airbnb is fully equipped with all the appliances you need. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the NYC!!

We had a great stay, the space is exactly as described in the descriptions. Very cozy and comfortable! My family of 3 felt right at home. The surrounding area is easy to navigate, it is a busy town with lots of people walking and biking around, but the street of the home was quiet. We have no complaints, my only recommendation is to be mindful of when you leave and come back to the apartment, as parking is extremely limited on the street of the apartment, as well as the surrounding streets. One evening around 6:30-7p we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find parking, and ended up parking three blocks away.

This airbnb is beautiful! It's clean, well-located, and comfortable. Anthony was very communicative. I loved the backyard access. I would happily stay here again.

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

Perfect getaway! Easy to access local hotels at a great value! Highly recommend and will personally be back!

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.
