Fredericksburg is the childhood home of George Washington, his mother also lived in the town. You can visit these homes as well as the famous battlefields from colonial and civil battles... If you just want to relax, this two bedroom guesthouse is the perfect way to recharge your batteries and enjoy the countryside in peace.

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

This serene cabin is on the Ingleside Vineyard's property. Have a glass or two of wine and walk around the vineyards and then retreat to your own private a-frame cabin oasis. A beautiful view of the Roxsbury Estate where abundant wildlife can be viewed all around the property and the pond is stocked and ready to be fished. Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach.

Constructed during the Revolution, and used as a hospital during the Civil War, this home is directly across from the visitor center, within steps of landmarks, awesome restaurants, taprooms, and shops. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend away or historic excursion. The newly constructed River Front Park sits at the rear of the property and is awesome for the little ones.

For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.

Beautiful and Private

This beautiful and secluded home is situated on 25 acres of private property. It is tastefully decorated and just a short drive to the old town of Fredericksburg. There are private trails on the property if you want to explore nature, or you can enjoy the many amenities this home has to offer. Horses are located next door and can be visited during your stay. Welcome to Belle Haven Farm and our Tiny Home - Free Parking on site. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a working farm on the grounds of a historic home situated on 18 acres. Cows, sheep, horses, and chickens will greet you as you pull off the beaten path - but still a mere 8 minutes from Exit 126 off I-95 in Fredericksburg, VA. Enjoy a campfire on a cool evening and walk the grounds with your morning cup of coffee.
