great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Was perfect for our group. Will stay again.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s cozy place in FairPlay, Colorado. She was a friendly a host and very responsive to any questions I had. I would certainly stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and of course the views. We saw mule deer, elk, a fox, and a few moose while there. One cow moose hung around the house all day, just grazing and napping. It was incredible! The kitchen has all you need to cook while there, and even condiments and seasonings/spices. It was very peaceful, especially sitting in the hot tub!

This Airbnb was the highlight of our trip! The drive from Denver Airport was scenic, and on the way, we even passed through South Park City—the town that inspired the South Park TV show—which was a fun and unexpected bonus nearby. The house itself was incredible—spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for a large group. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views of the mountains and night sky were stunning. We felt the altitude a bit, but nothing too extreme. There were lots of fun things to do—like the pool table, a great entertainment area downstairs, and a large hot tub we loved relaxing in. We also went river rafting in Nathrop, only about an hour away—super convenient and a fun adventure! Everything about this Airbnb was thoughtfully prepared and well-maintained. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. The only thing that could make it even better would be a later checkout time, so we could’ve enjoyed the morning views a little longer.

Great property in a great location for a getaway. This host knows the difference between putting a house on Airbnb and curating a space for travelers and it certainly showed. The house was impeccable with everything necessary. Would give the host/house six stars if I could and would be excited to stay here again. Amazing property and host.

We had such a lovely stay at Joleen’s place! It was absolutely beautiful! The views were gorgeous! My husband and boys loved the ponds so much! They managed to find some time bw activities everyday to fish! The hot tub was perfect and even better you have a big tub in the master as well! Joleen thought of everything and more! She had a book with tons of local activities and recommendations in it that was so helpful. I had so many questions and she always had an answer and never seemed to mind! We will definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you for loaning us your home!

We really enjoy the Fairplay area and have visited several times but this was our first time at this home. The neighborhood is very easy to get to and very quiet. We especially loved the pond. We saw 2-3 moose every day we were there. We also had deer, magpies and ducks visit the pond area. The outside space is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have a couple of neighborhood dogs run up to the house but they were pretty friendly. We enjoy hiking the Pika and Pennsylvania trails which are not too far away.

The place was exactly as advertised. The aspens surrounding the house are beautiful. The hiking trails behind the house seem to have been destroyed by the fire mitigation going on back there, but it was still cool to hike up the hill and get a view.

Anna thought of everything, I brought my little dog and was surprised to see bowls, a gate and treats for her! The space is beautiful, cozy and well equipped with everything we needed, the views are breathtaking, even saw a couple of moose! Only a 25min drive to breck with great views of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! This house was perfect for a family of five to enjoy time together and a quick drive from Breckenridge!

Great house with plenty of space for two families. The area was very peaceful and absolutely stunning and just 15-20 minutes from town. Would love to come back again during the summer.
