Phil was quick to respond, place was really nice. Our grandkids loved the beach right out back with out the big waves, but was able to go to ocean side when waves settled down. Had a great week will be returning to the island

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house is spacious, very well furnished, spotlessly clean and all the necessities are there. The beds are really comfortable! We didn’t use the patio or outdoor area but it looked inviting; downtown Fairhope and shopping are only minutes away. Our host, Wendy, was wonderful - she worked with us on our check in time plus her communications and instructions were easy to follow. She put together a notebook with suggestions and recommendations that was much appreciated. We got all the above at an extremely reasonable price. Thank you, Wendy!

This was my first experience with using Airbnb, and I am extremely satisfied with this listing! The host Daniel was amazing with instructions for check in and check out, and even gave us a list of things to do around the area. He was also very responsive with any questions I had. Will for sure stay here next time we come to Gulf Shores! Couldn’t recommend this place enough 🥰

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores and David’s cottage was awesome! Great location, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so close to walk to the beach. All the beach equipment and toys were such a great touch… our grandkids loved the pool too! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and afternoons as it got great shade and breezes! David was so nice, helpful and very responsive! You can’t go wrong by staying at The United We Sand!

Stayed in this community a couple of times but a first at Jon's apartment. This is a beautiful place amd enjoyed the stay as well as the pool.

Denise and Brad were great hosts! Their place was peaceful, quiet, and cozy. It was walking distance from the beach and they had provided chairs and umbrellas as well to take with you. Lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

We enjoyed staying at Brandon’s Airbnb. It was in a great experience! Brandon was extremely great at communication and even let us know of a tornado warning while there. The home was cozy and perfect for our group while visiting family in the area. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

Wonderfull place to stay and no hassle

We had such a pleasant stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond and helpful with local tips.

It was prefect for our two dogs.

We stayed three nights and everything was great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers. We would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Lisa's Governor's Home was an amazing find. Our family of four, plus our little dog, had a friend wedding in Fairhope and Lisa's was so close to everything we wanted and needed to do for the wedding. It is so nice to have a host who welcomes animals. We loved the spacious, ranch-style lay-out. The beds were so comfy, esp. after an 8 hour drive! Everything was pristine and in great working order from AC to appliances. It was so great to have info. about Fairhope as well as pampering amenities such as shampoo, soap, lotion, and beautiful robes. It was also nice to have technology at our fingertips with strong wifi and screens in bedrooms and living room. We hope to come back soon but thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in a delightful home in a special town. Cameron & Nathan Phillips
